Carolina Car Wash and Detail

5/5 Experience. Bruce is great! However, I think the customer experience could be improved while waiting in the Queue. Also, an updated payment system (such as one that includes Apple Pay) could improve operations!

My car looks beautiful and brand new! I requested the decontamination interior detailing for my car after my dog got car sick out of both ends over the weekend, this is already on top of years of dog hair, dirt, and spilled coffee. They worked with me to pick up and drop off my car so that I could continue with my work day. The family that runs that business is lovely, considerate, and kind. They definitely take pride in their work and shared with their team how happy I am with how clean my car is now. I'm really impressed with the quality, work ethic, and customer service. Live local and love your local business by supporting them through your patronage!

I stopped by this car wash today. Every aspect from driving in to leaving was exceptional. Friendly and professional in all ways. I would like to recommend Carolina Car Wash to everyone. It’s true that all people have their own interpretation of daily life and their own expectations of a job well done. I believe the people who make up this business are doing their best and it shows in the great job they performed. I’ll certainly return. Driving out, I was proud of their work and my spirits lifted as I drove away in a very clean car.

I'm from Maryland and every time I'm in town I make it a point to come in. The staff and owners are the friendliest. It's a nice family owned business. They take pride in what they do with the vehicles as well as the clients. If I lived in the area I would definitely get the monthly package. They do a great job with the vehicles. I have a 2023 Escalade and I’m very picky on who details it. This shop I would highly recommend to anyone.

Stopped here for the first time today and the service was exceptional! The staff was incredibly helpful and I will definitely be returning. I have never met such friendly faces at a car wash before :)

I take my truck here because I know Tom and his crew will always go the extra step and pay attention to the fine details ... no short cuts. Staff is ALWAYS friendly. My vehicle and I always leave with a smile.

This family business is one not to miss! The customer service is impeccable! The detail in their work is top notch and they do it all. I’ve used them for interior detailing on an older car as well as regular visits for my other vehicles. Cheers to Mom at the checkout counter! Cherry on top of every great experience ☺

I rushed my car in after my niece had vomited in the backseat. :( This included hitting the seats, floor/rugs and inside the vent. I called frantic when it was clear I was not going to be able to fully remedy this after trying for about an hour and it was almost 3pm and I had assumed I would have to schedule an appointment for another day to get a proper sanitation and detail. I was told to come right over. The owner, Tom, was very helpful in discussing the options, one of which was the "Decontamination" service and they could do it right away. I went for it and the staff did an excellent job. It took about 2 hours. Within the next 48 hours, here was a lingering odor especially from the vent when the AC was in use. I called back and was advised to bring in the car with my receipt. The owner was very understanding as I shared the remaining two areas that needed more attention as this had been a big job. It was done within the hour and was fantastic. It's now been 8 days and the car looks and smells great! Thank you Tom and crew!

Got the interior of my car detailed today and it is without a doubt, the best detailing job I have ever had! I was blown away by how thorough AND friendly the staff was. I got to talk and interact with Brian (one of the owners) who was very friendly and made sure everyone who walked in was taken care of. I was also impressed with how he worked alongside of the staff to ensure all the details were taken care of.

I will hands down only use these guys in the future for all of my car washes and detailing jobs!

I got my car fully detailed here - it's a convertible, getting older with leather seats, and it looked like new when they were finished. The owner was very nice and professional. He came out to talk to me as the team was finishing up. They found some dirt ground into one of the seats and made sure to remove it. Truly good vibes all around. They support the military which is a plus. My granddad recommended this place to me while I was visiting and it's now my go-to car wash in the area. Super thorough. Keep up the great work guys!

I had heard from a family member that this was a great place, and they were right. Very friendly staff, a very reasonable price, and fantastic service. My car looks great, inside and out. I will be back again!

Got the basic car wash here. There aren't many car washes in the area and certainly not any that are as highly rated. They do a great job and I really love the people that own and operate the place. They actually give a damn!

They did a great job on my car and were fast and friendly! The only issue I ran into was when I set up and paid for an appointment online. Their weekday hours end at 5 instead of 6 now and I had a 5:30 appointment. When I spoke to them about it they honored my previous appointment when I came on Sunday. I would highly recommend their service, but just come in person instead of making an appointment online.
