Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

My online order was ready and waiting at the counter. The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

After going to two near by Sherman stores they couldn’t recreate the color I had already had made for me. The gentleman at this store, realized it was an odd concoction. Took his time to call the high point store based on what the recipe on my receipt entailed. Had to freestyle and double up on the unconventional recipe. And it turned out absolutely perfect.

I was assisted by a young man named Jake. He could not have been nicer. He went out of his way to help me find a Swatch of a color I had already picked out so that I could match a coordinating color. My primary order was finished in a matter of moments and I walked out with six lovely gallons of paint. Despite the fact they were having a 40% off sale they were stocked with every type and finish of paint you could possibly need for any project!
**Update** I went back the next day for 2 new gallons and was helped by a young man named Tony. It was a Sunday afternoon on the last day of the 40% off sale and he was working alone. Needless to say I wasn't his only customer and he had to open some pallets to find paint for me and 2 other customers. In retail situations that could be quite a bit of pressure! He handled it all with grace and kindness never losing sight of exceeding each customer's expectation of a great experience. I told him I needed to run some other errands and would be back in 1/2 an hour or so. When I walked back in my paint was ready along with some caulking I had picked out earlier. My experience could not have been better!!

I rolled in at 10 minutes til closing in utter despair, not knowing they close at 7 and Irving I believe was there and I asked if I should come back the next day and he said no come on in. My grey sample paint I got from a store I won’t mention was looking blue instead of grey. Irving explained why, told me what to do, helped me pick out the right color to get rid of the blue and made sure I had all the supplies I needed to get the job done right! He was super knowledgeable and very polite even with my last minute arrival and panic mode I was in. Needless to say my walls are almost done, looking fantastic and my paint swatch was an exact match and it’s not blue anymore!! I’ll never shop for paint elsewhere again!!! Thank you Irving, I hope I remembered your name right. I hope you see this!!!

Great experience with the sales associates. They did an excellent job with curbside pick up during these difficult times. My phone call was taken quickly and order was placed easily. Thank you!

The people are fabulously helpful and know everything I have asked about what is right for my project. And not just paint - things like spackle, thus saving me a trip elsewhere. And on top of it all, great prices and I don't have to go to one of those horrid huge places where I get lost :-)

Great bunch of guys. The atmosphere is great feels like you're at home talking to your relatives instead of salespeople. Sherwin-Williams should feel fortunate to have these guys working for them.
