The Kitchen Mastering

I've been working with The Kitchen and Brent Lambert for over 25 years now (!), and every project has been made better because of it. A wizard, a true star of the mysterious art of music mastering, Brent is a pleasure to work with and one of the best out there!

This was my first experience with The Kitchen. Brent took great care of my tracks for my EP ("Trying Something New" by Doc Carp). He was quick to respond to some requested edits as well. The end product sounded fantastic. I look forward to utilizing The Kitchen again for future projects.

I’ve been working with Brent Lambert, the owner and chief mastering engineer of The Kitchen for over 20 years. I am a musician, a producer and owner of Landslide Studio in Asheville, NC. Brent mastered my first album 20 years ago and every subsequent record i have released. His work has stood the test of time and I’m always extremely satisfied with the masters. One of my favorite parts of making a record is watching and listening to brent work his magic to finish the product. Well worth the drive.

Brent mastered the self titled EP that I tracked and mixed for my band, Dr Echo and Mr Hi. I sat in on the session and was blown away by how many things I could hear within the mixes in the mastering suite that were invisible in my room at mixdown.
