Twice, owasa turned up quickly to save a water leak...once working for 11 hours in the street when a neighbor's pipe burst.

I called at 8:45am and on hold for only 30 seconds. I talked to a very nice lady. I needed service the next day, they said no problem! Thanks OWASA!

Though, as an individual consumer, there is no way of knowing how many water issues there really are, I feel we have received good communication for the two publicized water incidents I have experienced as a 2 year customer of OWASA. At least one of those issues was due to human error and they admitted it, which is great! I don’t want that to go unsaid or encourage hiding of incidents in the future- so both stars are for the communication folks, thank you! However, TWO major issues in two years is kind of a lot. I have been a customer of 6 other water services in my 34 years prior and experienced zero incidents. Those locations included major hurricane (gulf coast), tornado (Midwest), and earthquake (California) zones- where even well maintained systems might occasionally fail to withstand harsh natural conditions. This makes me suspicious of the competence of the individuals in charge of our most important utility. Please let us know how we, as consumers, can affect change in leadership or help remove hurdles that prevent current leaders from being effective.

Absolutely the rudest people I have ever dealt with.
Do not move to this county.

Please instruct your employee's to always look both ways before turning across a public space. This cyclist was aware of the potential hazard and took appropriate actions. If this were a young child it could've been fatal.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are awful. They came to my house today to hang a notice on my door that didn’t even belong to my address and damaged my property. It was supposed to go to my neighbor’s address. The person that delivered the notice knocked one of my $40 hanging baskets and the hanging rack down and just left it there. It destroyed the basket, rack, and the wall of my porch where the rack was. I called to file a complaint and get the damage rectified and the “supervisor” Angie didn’t care at all. She interrupted me while speaking and never apologized. She said she asked the person if they “remembered doing it” and they told her no so they will do nothing about it. If that were her property I imagine she would feel differently. Awful people who care nothing about their customers or level of customer service at all! Angie told me to present proof that they did it to OWASA and they will do what they can to fix it. If they weren’t at my house in the first place it wouldn’t have happened!!
