Death is one of life’s most difficult challenges to navigate because you have to handle business all while still grieving your beloved loss. At Jones, I was guided with compassion throughout the entire process and my mom’s final wishes were executed with grace. Jones Funeral Home conducted funeral services and cremation of my nephew. They were very professional and understanding of the whole situation. All of our needs were met, and they always followed up to make sure everything was satisfied. I will use the services of the Jones Funeral Home Team again.

On Feb 4, 2019 I lost my beautiful sister. Prior to losing my sister I had stop by Mr. Jones Funeral home to pay money on her preneed. Not knowing that my sister was going to die that day. My sister died at 11:17 pm that night. The hospital asked me who did I want to them to call for my sister's body? I told them Jones Funeral Home in Chapel Hill. Mr. Jones and his staff went that morning and picked up my sister's body with no problem. They were more than compassion towards me during this time. Mr. Tuner did a beautiful job with my sister's make up and dressing her in what I gave them to use for her service on Feb 9, 2019. Everything from planning to burying my sister went smooth. With this my first time dealing with Mr. Jones one on one as an adult now. I am very impressed with his service. And Mr. Jones has buried, my grandfather, two uncles, in-laws and friends in the Orange County area. At which time I had no one on dealing with him. Now I see why my family keep going back to him for his services. I would highly recommend him to others for their funeral needs.

The entire staff is so caring and loving, Ms. Hazel, Mrs. Jones, Mr. Tuner is the best make up male I have seen.. :-) and was concerned about making sure I was pleased with how my sister was made up. Thank you Mr. Turner and thank you for telling me not to use the pink shade of lip stick.. Your choice was better. Thank you Ms. Hazel for comforting me when I broke down seeing my sister's name on the display sign in front of the Funeral Home. Like I said never picture seeing her name displayed in that manner. (hugs)
