My appointment 12:00 pm I checked in 8:00 they give me door with in 10 minutes start loading. Great people.

First time picking up here - was cautious about all bad reviews, but got here at appointment time and loaded right away. Took 1 hour. To get here use York St to Gibson st to East Side Blvd to North St.

I have a delivery in that warehouse My appointment time 10am ,Checking 8: 30 am , at 9:55 am on my way to Pilot, Not bad

Slow as it gets, they prepare for detention, like it’s part of the normal day. Been here since 1:30 for a 2:20 apt. It’s now 7:10 still not loaded. The employees are big on taking breaks and having a nice time outside at the picnic table.

Constantly not directing your semi trucks to go the right route they aren't suppose to go down side roads in our neighborhoods they just went down our road and knocked a tree limb down blocking our road almost making it hit the suv behind them!!!

By far the worst customer I've ever dealt with in my year's of driving. Had a 1400 appointment according to the broker and the paperwork sent by CDS. The warehouse said it was 1300, so I got here at 1257. I was turned away and told I was late. It's now 2308 and I'm just getting on dock. No lights to back in door correctly. Look for at least a 14 hour wait before getting loaded.

Don’t honor appointment times and take time loading your trucks have an appointment time of 1900 and arrived at 1700 and they put trucks with appointment times of 2100 in the door before truck with 1900. If you get a load to get loaded here do not come will be here all night try to get loaded.

One star is way too high for this place !!!
My appt. was at 14:00 I showed up at 12:00 they put me in the door little after 15:00 now is 20:00 still in the door and GOD knows when they gonna finish loading me...

Get here an hour early, they let other drivers get in the dock that get here after you with the same appointment time, this has happened 3 out of the 4 last times I was sent here.

This place does not have the hours that says it does and good luck getting somebody to answer a phone 6:30 at night and I am stuck in a dead end street you can't back out here not a happy camper

Don't do GPS. CK in 1.30. 4.15 still waiting for dock. I hope they take a picture cause they will never see me again. Update 5.45 they just started loading..
