We have been customers at AutoLogic for at least 20 years. They are always professional in all interactions and honest about needed repairs. They will tell you how urgent (or not) a given repair is to ensure the safety and proper running of your vehicle. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I’m very satisfied with the service at Auto Logic! The prices are reasonable and Mary Anne at the front desk is amazing. I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up earlier than expected. I would definitely come back!

Great service. Over the phone, with my first call, I received GREAT service. They took the time to understand the issue. They were UPFRONT and HONEST about what to expect with the service in terms of how it will go, costs, and time frame. Auto logic is always there for me. My experience has always been very positive. I know they have my car and my best interest as a priority. I have been relying on them for years. Recently I came back from a vacation and my car battery had died. Really needed my car and they got me going in no time. i am a loyal customer and they are loyal to me.

Best Auto shop ever! Honest, caring, reliable, and friendly. I’ve been taking my car here since I moved to NC. They stand by their work and will ensure any part that needs replacing comes with a great warranty. The front desk person Marianne is always so kind and remembers the little details. She takes the time to get to know her clients and even gave my new baby girl a little dinosaur toy. The technicians who work on your car like Daniel, will work hard to ensure they give you all the information possible about your car to make the right decision when deciding on what repairs to get. Even though I moved last year, to over 40 minutes away, I still go to this shop for all my major repairs as I trust they will not cheat me and will do the job right. If you want an honest auto shop who will give it to you straight this is the shop to go to.

Auto Logic was awesome! This was my first time having them work on my 06 Civic and I will be going back to them for any future car repair and maintenance needs. The Honda dealership was doing shoddy work and created more problems than they solved; Auto Logic fixed it at lightning speed. Everyone was courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable. They were very upfront and transparent about what they would do and what it would cost and they exceeded my expectations. Best experience I have had with a mechanic shop, bar none. Recommend without reservation. Thanks for the great work, guys!

After I was charged $70 to replace my wiper blades by the dealer, it was time to renew old acquaintances at AutoLogic! They did a thorough assessment of my car (a 2011 CRV), and discovered it did NOT need a 4wheel alignment, a new front axle (allegedly leaking), a fuel system flush or several other recommended services. I trust their judgment and am very happy to have returned to the fold!

This is a phenomenal shop, they are up-front with their pricing and will work hard to fix any issues you may have with your vehicle. Highly recommend!!

This auto shop went above and beyond to help me. Unfortunately I was scammed by a used car dealer, and when I brought the car to this shop they found the issue, explained it very clearly to me and what I should do, even talking to the dealer when I wasn’t able to explain the problem to him clearly. They guided and advised me through the whole process and I was able to return the car and get a full refund. Marianne and Daniel were especially helpful. Thank you Auto Logic.

Grateful to AutoLogic! I appreciate their philosophy that they only do what is needed for the car, rather than automatically replacing parts per the manufacturer’s schedule. While they are not inexpensive, they seem fair and honest and support paying a living wage philosophy. Daniel gave me great advice for future maintenance. A comforting company to work with.

First time to Auto Logic, and they did a great job. Brought my older car in for general maintenance and they documented all the items that urgently needed replacing or fixing (tires, leaking steering fluid, air filter) versus those that were not urgent. They recommended against doing some of the more expensive fixes, given the age of the vehicle. This made me trust their judgement -- that they were looking out for me. They quickly communicated everything they were doing, and I had a great experience. I'll be back.

Autologic is knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, efficient, and their work is impeccable. Their prices are reasonable and the peace of mind that I have from taking my cars to them is priceless. Our family has been bringing our cars to them for at least 15 years. They pay all of their employees a living wage and it’s locally owned. The greatest mechanics around!!

I took my 2009 Hyundai Sonata to Auto Logic for oil changes and it was my second experience there. Everything about this shop is excellent. Their price is always reasonable. The front desk is very friendly and welcoming. The best shop in town. I highly recommend them!

I could not recommend Auto Logic enough! After going to a different auto repair shop to fix a tire pressure issue, I went to Auto Logic for a second opinion. The receptionist and mechanics were very helpful in walking me through the process of repairing my tire. I ended up not paying a single dollar for the service because they were so honest about what my car needed and didn't upsell me on anything.

After getting quoted for an absurd amount at a popular auto repair chain, I decided to try my luck at Auto Logic. I was treated with respect and was not pressured to get any unnecessary work done. I only got billed for exactly what I needed and asked for, and the repair was done in a timely manner.
I will definitely be returning to this shop for my future needs.

I have always had a really good experience with Auto Logic. They explain things clearly and are not at all patronizing. They've done what is necessary to keep my car tip-top.

Very efficient (got an appointment next day, picked up my repaired car same day), extremely effective (AC fixed, cost was lower than initial estimate), kept me informed via text and email, couldn’t have been any nicer. As good as I had heard.😊
