My mom and I wanted to get our nails done on vacation. Had a lovely gel manicure and hand massage. Really pleasant and relaxing experience. We went in the morning.

My mom and I both just had pedicures today at this wonderful spa. Joe and Caroline took great care of us and were very friendly and easy to talk to. Their attention to detail was fantastic and my toes still look great even after walking on the beach. They recently renovated and expanded their services, and it is very clean and nicely decorated inside. They have 8 chairs for pedicures, so it would be a great place for large groups, bridal parties, etc. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the premiere service you receive. Please support this small business!

Caroline and Joe are fantastic nail technicians that make you feel completely relaxed and at home in their salon. They are a multi-talented duo ranging from pedicures, massages nails to permanent makeup. They offer a clean and well kept facility along with the most competitive prices at the beach.

If I were a permanent resident of EI, this salon would be my go-to. We are here on vacation and Chris' accommodation to our 3 walk-ins was very warm and welcoming. His work was superb and I am grateful he was able to take us for our spur-of-the-moment Girl's Day. I highly recommend! Also, their shop is BEAUTIFUL! Very beautifully decorated.

This is hands down the best nail salon I have ever been at. Very welcoming & relaxing. I would definitely have done the permanent eye brow & eyeliner makeup if I had more time ( stopped in on last day of vacation). The lady who did my nails was excellent & very meticulous & she does the permanent makeup. She showed me the before & after pictures of the work she does & I am considering a trip back just to have her do it for me. My daughter & daughter in law had their nails done by Ben. He too was meticulous & did an excellent job. I highly recommend this salon!

I came in while on vacation and they took such great care of me. I needed my acrylics removed and it wasn’t an easy task for Joe. He did the best he could to get them off without hurting me. I then had the dip powder done by a really gentle and nice younger man. I am so appreciative that they took care of me and my nails look great. If you’re in the area and need your nails done, definitely check them out!

Went here on a Tuesday, mid day. I had a wonderful experience. Joe did my nails. They were a mess since I didn’t have time to have them done before I left for vacation. Joe is very particular with an eye for detail. All of this is good and I’m very happy with the results. I’d love to have a pedicure at Ocean Nails in the future. Everyone was so nice. These are hard working folks who deserve respect. If you make an appointment show up! If they are super busy be patient. You will get the same care as the people ahead of you. Relax and enjoy the experience. The hand and forearm massage is the best I’ve had in a nail salon setting.

Best nail salon I have been too! Both the employees were very nice and excellent at what they did! It was great that I could tell them what I want and both of us picked a choice that was what I wanted and healthy for my nails! Exceptional facility, clean, relaxing and comfortable. They accompanied my bridal party greatly. I think I may have just found me a good excuse to come to Emerald Isle more often other than the beach!

I want to share with you the experience that I have had with Ocean Nail and Spa to help you see that this a top notch establishment. I am a very picky client with my manicures and I have never had one issue with the way my nails are done here. I am always blown away with the attention to detail that they give. They are very clean and follow all hygiene protocols to make sure all of their clients are safe. The first manicure I had they took a lot of time to clean up my cuticles and made sure my nails were prepped for the manicure. I chose gel polish and it stayed on for 2 weeks with out peeling. Which leads me to let you know that the quality of materials that they use are high end and very professional. They do not cut corners at all and you get what you pay for. The next manicure that I got Caroline suggested the Dip technique which came as a recommendation to the fact that my nails were very thin and she new this technique would give my nails strength and make them healthy. My nails now are the healthiest that they have ever been and I continue to do the Dip technique with Caroline. She is very nice and personable and is an artist when it comes to nails. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone that is local or visiting the Emerald Isle area. I will be a customer for life!!!!

Been coming here for 3 years. Joe and Caroline run a top-notch salon. Everyone is polite, professional, and are here to make you happy. The salon is clean and well kept, not to mention the beautiful background music they play! There are many services they offer from waxing, facials, permanent eyebrows, eye liner and much more! They are a pleasure to work with and my nails always look great!

I've never felt so welcome to a nail salon! I was a walk in and they accommodated my limited time at the beach! Caroline and Joe were super friendly! Caroline did my microblading, permanent eyeliner, both top and bottom lids and did an amazing job! I highly recommend her for your permanent makeup!!! Im so happy with the results and saves me so much time every day! She has such a steady hand and attention to detail. She made me feel comfortable and was considerate. Joe did my nails and I've honestly never had a set last as long without chipping or breaking and these lasted the two weeks in perfect shape considering the wear and tear my job puts on them. I HIGHLY recommend this salon!! I just wish they were closer to where I live!!

This is the best nail salon I've ever been to! I love it here because they take their time and are very gentle with whatever service you're getting. Whether it be a simple eyebrow wax or a full set of nails. The atmosphere is friendly and calming. Nothing but smile as soon as you walk through the door. I've made this nail salon my regular and I don't ever want to change it.

Caroline at Ocean Nail Salon in Emerald Isle NC should be the only person you go to for you semi permanent make up needs. Had eyebrows done using Powder Ombre and it is amazing!!! I was scared about doing it until after the consult. Caroline made sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied throughout the entire process.

It’s been two weeks since I had a gel manicure done here while on vacation, and they still look fantastic! I have a terrible habit of picking my cuticles, but Caroline fixed them so well that there hasn’t been anything to pick! My Mom also got hers done and they still look amazing too. Highly recommend, make an appointment first though they get busy quickly with walk ins.

Very friendly people. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and didn’t have an appointment and they were able to take me right away. Kate did a fantastic job on my pedicure. She was kind, very detailed and the foot/leg massage was the BEST!! I will definitely come back next summer when I’m down at EI for vacation!!

The best nail salon for service, atmosphere, cleanliness that I have ever been too. I have been coming here for over 2 years. Carolina is so knowledgeable in many areas other than just nails. When my granddaughter visits from out of town, she always wants her nails done there. Very friendly and relaxing salon and you are never rushed or pushed through like some salons! 5 stars for me😁

Joe, Kate and Caroline were the most personable and caring nail staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! They started promptly, ensured color selections were perfect and did an excellent job. The staff, my friend and I chatted of family and everything just like old friends. I wish they were my hometown salon!

My niece and I wanted to get pedicures at the last minute and they welcomed us with smiles! Kate and Ben were AWESOME! Very professional and so so friendly! We will definitely be going back again! Can’t say enough nice things about this place and Kate and Ben!
