The Table

What a wonderful place. We were in for breakfast on a rainy Friday, and the atmosphere in this cafe was amazing. There's a nice public parking lot right across the street, and after our hurried range walk in the rain The Table warmly welcomed us.

The farmer's quiche of the day and breakfast plate options were spectacular (quiche bottom crust was slightly undercooked because of the thick and flavorful filling!), and I thoroughly enjoyed a cream cheese cinnamon roll with my coffee. She ordered a chai latte and it was exquisite as well!

Staff here is excellent, very attentive and friendly, with sweet smiles and fast service.
We will definitely be back, and I am certain the wait on a Saturday would probably be wild.

Favorite restaurant in town to sit down for a nice meal in a historic building or a quiet patio. Lots of options for vegetarians and gluten friendly - they also have a quick to go line on the side and it's great to come for a coffee or a few baked goods. They always have one or two gluten free pastries and are always mixing up the selection. Love coming in to see what I'll get!

Lots of local packaged goods and knick knacks for sale too! I like standing in line and seeing what they have on the way.

Amazing! Excellent food. I can't say enough good things about our experience here. We arrived close to noon, so there was a little wait, but it gave us a chance to see all the beautiful plates coming out of the kitchen!! Every plate was a work of art. I chose the BLT with the orzo salad for my meal and the iced banana latte ... wonderfully refreshing! The desserts looked amazing! We chose the salted caramel meringue cookie ... WOW!!! CAN'T WAIT to come here again!

We came here for breakfast two days in a row when we came to Asheboro for a zoo trip. We had two great meals! There are only a couple tables capable of seating a bigger group, so if you are bringing more than 6 people you might have trouble sitting together. We got there early- around 8 and had no trouble getting a table.
Food was excellent! My favorite was the Farro breakfast bowl, and the weekend french toast was also tasty! We got pastries to bring back home.
Highly recommend, this is a great place to visit!

EVERYTHING is so fresh and delightful. We loved the BLT and the pimento cheese fried egg croissant. Great vibe, trendy digs, excellent customer service. Seating available indoors, outdoors and covered patio or take out. They offer a bit of everything: meaty sandwiches, French toast, vegetarian options, kid-friendly food, gourmet salads, pastries, cakes, coffee, tea, gift items. Are here two days in a row for lunch

Great atmosphere and amazing food. Totally worth it. There really isn't convenient parking attached however there is plenty of parking across the street at the farmers market parking lot.

The food was very good I got the breakfast platter absolutely love the grits and lots of bakery items to choose from I got the cinnamon roll it was huge

I recently visited The Table in Asheboro, North Carolina and it was one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The space is sleek and modern, yet cozy and inviting. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the menu was full of flavorful and diverse dishes. For dessert, I had a key lime tart that was tart and creamy, and the presentation was beautiful. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at The Table. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. This is definitely a restaurant I would recommend to any friends and family visiting the area.

A well-run restaurant with very good food. Have visited here occassionally for the past 4 years while passing through and are impressed by the consistent quality and creativity of the entrees, salads and sandwiches. The baked goods--croissants, pastries, and bread--are exceptional. (The photos depict an avocado toast w/herbed fries side, an "adult pop tart"--plum filling. Not depicted is an Autumn Salad that was outstanding.)
The lines can be long, but somehow they move quickly and the food arrives at table within 10 minutes or so, even on busy days. The staff throughout the restaurant is friendly, something that's not always a given. All in all, a winning combination.

We love The Table! We make the 1 hour + drive as often as possible. They are consistent and kind. The food is fresh and full of flavor and love. There is no meal that isn't delicious. Highly recommend!

We went for brunch and had heard great things about it. It did not disappoint. The staff was wonderful. My girlfriend had the grits and greens, and she thought it was awesome. I planned to also order the grits and greens but hers was the last one. I had the eggs with sausage and home fries. It was very tasty. We will return though I might order first.

Amazing!! We are visiting from Jacksonville,NC. I needed something that wasn’t hotel breakfast- so I googled and came up with The Table. Myself, my husband, and 3 boys came out. The location is gorgeous (the weather was so nice so we were able to eat outside) the food was sooooo good!! The green tea was really good, and all of our breakfasts were delicious. I would say I would visit asheboro for the zoo, but this is my favorite new place and would come back just for the breakfast❤❤❤❤

Love the atmosphere! The yogurt bowl and Blood Orange Mocha were wonderful. The yogurt bowl was a lot more than you would think. I could only eat half of it. Well worth the money. Keep in mind, all fresh ingredients ❤

Loved our experience here. As soon as you pull up there's people enjoying their experience sitting outside. When you walk in you immediately take in the beautiful restaurant. It's pretty decor and great atmosphere. We looked at the menu while standing in line to order. When we got up front I asked the person taking our order for recommendations (fries vs the pasta) and her pasta recommendation didn't disappoint. My husband got fries and they too were delicious. We ordered the quiche of the day with pasta salad and vanilla earl grey latte tea. And the bacon avocado sandwich with fries. The pasta was delicious. The quiche was amazing and filling, they give you a big portion. The sandwich was good but didn't stand out like the rest. It was pretty plain. The fries were tasty. And the earl grey latte with vanilla was creamy and delicious with a design on the foam (a plus). Can't wait to come back! And yes there's outdoor and indoor seating, and dogs are allowed (at the time of this post).

This is a great, trendy breakfast spot. The food was yummy. Menu was full of interesting dishes and sides. Baristas are talented. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The ownership was interactive and engaged with the customers. We'd drive from Michigan again just for the pastry selection.

This place was "Amazzzing".From the staff to food, everything was flawless. We had decided to sit outside as we had a 🐶.We ordered the blue granola bowl, which was so good that we ended up buying the bag of granola ,and the avocado toast with smoked salmon was too pretty to eat.We also ordered the pineapple matcha dalgona which I will be adding to my favorite list.😍 Our trip to Asheboro was worth it after trying this place.Will be returning back just to have nrunch here.

Wonderful bakery goods. The lunch rush made it difficult to enjoy the food today. I'll be back at a slower time.

Saturday late lunch was very pleasant. It was not overly crowded today. We had excellent steak sandwiches, and everyone enjoyed their sides. I'll return for sure.

My wife and I visited the restaurant for lunch and really enjoyed it. Foods is really good and the staff was very friendly.
Enjoyed chatting with their employee Roger who was especially kind to us! It's not the first time we've been there and certainly will not be the last!

I was beyond pleased with my first experience here! Beautiful farmhouse style decor very cozy. I got the black bean cakes which tasted fresh and well seasoned. Perfect size lunch portions, love that they use local ingredients. The BEST chai latte I've ever had.. It was huge!! I highly reccomended getting oat milk with it :) My dad got the autumn harvest sandwich and was very pleased. I didn't try any pastries (no plant based options) but they all looked very well made and yummy. Can't wait to return! 10/10

Gotta say, we love this place! The food is delicious and the staff make you feel hugged. Howard greeted us at the door with Southern kindness and charm. We wanted to adopt Kara as she shared the business's history and seasonal menu. Check out the artistic milk bottle chandelier designed by the owner, Dustie. I recommend everything we ordered: tart cherry pecan salad, hot Italian melt sandwich, rosemary table fries, tomato basil soup, French coconut pie, chai latte, and coffee. The experience and food were memorable. Many thanks for exceeding expectations. Look forward to next time!
