I have had several prescriptions filled at Banner Drug of harmony.
The entire staff is friendly and informative. They are very customer oriented and efficient. I will certainly be a long time customer.

Good friendly people . Like them all . Only don't like having to go back because don't have enough pills to fill bottle. Have to make extra trip. I even tried picking up med 3 days late hoping I want have to go back.

Really not a great pharmacy and wish I'd just stuck with Walgreens. I understand having to wait a day for them to receive a shipment of my meds, which happened once.
But next month they refused me one of my meds (a very common anti-convulsant/mood stabilizer) cause it wasn't "worth it for them". Being a pharmacy they should know I'm not supposed to suddenly stop taking this med (it causes withdrawal) but it's Friday and I can't get my meds now until Monday. Which seems a little cruel considering nothing was said to me about it the month before.
Obviously we won't be using them again, although it sucks cause it's a bit more convenient than Walgreens.
They claimed their refusal was insurance related but never had another pharmacy refuse it before on my insurance so just very confusing.
