A nice pull off place with a trail to the lake. Sad to see so much trash. No camping.

People are deplorable leaving trash everywhere. The area itself is great for hiking, swimming, and fishing. But, trash everywhere unfortunately.

The pier has been removed and the area has been heavily logged over the past few years. Trails in the area are muddy with many areas washed away or covered with branches due to the logging. Not pretty any more, not great for nature walks, bird watching, hunting. Just brown and nasty.

Two stars because it is a maintained gravel park space that does not have trash laying around.

Under construction, on May 1, 2022. Path to water is made by a bulldozer, but maybe soon will beat nice path.
