We had massages today from Kathryn and Heide. It was an exceptional experience. Great, therapeutic and relaxing massage, beautiful space, friendly and professional. I’ve had a lot of massage therapy and this was one of the best. I will go back whenever in EI. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful and professional and serene consistently a top notch facility! It’s hard in this area to find a therapeutic massage studio that can be consistently good! I’ve had several wonderful massages at a hand full of other establishments but always eventually ran into scheduling issues and other conflicts w the studio for one reason or another and they all usually only have 1 superstar therapist, this place has a handful of top therapists and always a welcoming environment!

Honestly cannot say enough about my therapeutic massage from Heide!! She was extremely welcoming, kind, and just all around amazing from the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left. Coming back next Spring and hoping to book another massage then! 20/10 highly recommend!!!

I first visited Wellness Massage and Yoga this month to release tension and stressed muscles. Let me say that my experience and results have been phenomenal!

My massage therapist was Shayna. I found her to be thoughtful, thorough and very in tune with helping me achieve my goals. She is a caring and skilled therapist. I heartily recommend her.

Today I went for my first massage ever. It was amazing! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Heide is an amazing massage therapist! She used the perfect amount of pressure and wonderfully scented oils. She explained how everything would work and encouraged me to let her know if I was uncomfortable in any way. There was relaxing music playing softly in the background. I felt fabulous afterwards, and I can feel that the therapy is working as my soreness works it’s way out. I will definitely go back next time I am in Emerald Isle!

Had a massage with Julia this morning and it was absolutely amazing! Scheduling my appointment was super easy and done directly through messenger which was very much appreciated with my crazy schedule. The lobby sets the tone for your massage experience and is super welcoming with lush curtains, essential oils, and an all around relaxed vibe. Massage rooms are similar with calming music, relaxed lighting, white noise, cozy heated tables and super plush blankets. The massage itself was wonderful. Julia discussed what her process was and what to expect before the massage started. Every part of the massage from the initial calming breaths to the bodywork to the final stretches were fantastic. Prices are reasonable and I absolutely received all 60 minutes of my massage! I will be planning a massage in the very near future! Definitely schedule your next massage at Wellness Massage!

Christina was recommended to me by our realtor and she is fantastic! I visited their office in Jacksonville and had a wonderful massage with aromatherapy provided. Christina was very attentive to detail and her technique perfect! I went for relaxation and tension relief and definitely experienced both. As an added bonus, the price is extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with Rita! She greeted me at the door prepared for me and my session. I could not be happier. I’ve had several massages and in other states. Rita asked me what I was comfortable with and what I wasn’t. She provided the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to schedule my next visit. This time with family and friends! Loved the heated blanket, headrest, and hot towels.

My husband and I enjoyed the couples massage. Both therapists were professional and mindful in their technique. The massages were personalized to our need and comfort. We intend to make this appointment with Wellness Massage & Yoga a part of our vacation plans again!

My hubby surprised me with a 90 minute massage with Rita, back in January. She was absolutely amazing. Today was my second time with her and my hubby had one as well, and it won’t be our last. For the past 5 years l my wife and I come down to the beach for the Fourth of July. And every year the massages we get from Julia and Christina have been one of the high lights of our trip! We have even made the two and a half hour drive just to come get massages. That’s how good our experiences have been. If you are in the area, do not pass up the opportunity to see them for a massage! Your body will thank you!

I was on vacation in Emerald Isle this year and contacted Wellness Massage & Yoga via Facebook hoping to receive a massage during the week I was visiting. I got a reply promptly with a few appointment times available, had all questions answered and booked my massage.
I received a 90 minute massage from Christina McCormick, and it was incredible! Her pressure was perfect, technique was varied and skilled, and she addressed my aches and pains while maintaining a relaxing experience.
One thing I would like to note; while not necessarily a negative, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the door remains locked while the therapists are in session. I arrived about 15 minutes early and had to wait outside for about 10 minutes. Not a huge concern, just would have been nice to know before I arrived.
Would 10/10 recommend to others!

I had an AMAZING session with Rita today. Definitely the best massage I have ever had. Her use of multiple techniques and stretching made for a wonderful unique experience. I'll be making sure that I make an appointment with her every time I'm down here. Thanks again Rita!

I was treated to a massage from my wife for my Birthday. She booked me a 90 minute with Rita. It was one of the best massages that I have ever had. Rita is a healer. She made me feel completely at ease, younger and taller. She also, gave me many tips on how to be healthier and breath. Can't wait for my next session.

While enjoying our vacation, I made an appointment with Rita for a massage at the house. She worked her magic and relieved my aches and pain. She is very professional and a talented masseuse. Next time we come, I will definitely make an appointment with her again.

Heide really helped us set the tone for a relaxing and wonderful trip to Emerald Isle. We opted to have her come to our rental. She was prompt, thoughtful, engaging and even recommended a spot for lunch which was excellent. I hope to see Heide each time I return to Emerald Isle.

Rita is amazing!!! I have never been more relaxed than after an appointment with Rita. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. She listened and treated my problem areas and I wasn't sore the next day. I have never had a more thorough massage. I can't recommend her enough!!!!

Christina and the other masseuses at Wellness Massage & Yoga are amazing. I look for to my annual vacation massage. Best decision I made 10 years ago when I booked a pre-natal massage. I wish I could pack them up and take them home with me!

I vacation in Emerald Isle on a yearly basis. This was my first time to experience a massage at the Wellness Center & Yoga. Hands down one of the BEST massages I have ever had anywhere in the USA!!!! Rita was MARVELOUS at addressing all my trigger points. Her technique is reminisce of a Lomi Lomi massage that I experienced in Topsail, NC. It was soooo relaxing and rejuvenating @ the same time :). This was the highlight of my vacation. I wish I could bottle her and bring her back to Ohio. No doubt about it, I will be a return customer. The response time on booking was within several hours and easy checkout process. The facility is a very relaxing, calming space and easy to find.
I did a drop in yoga class on Saturday @ Rita's suggestion. The fee of $10.00 was very reasonable. The instructor was very nice, but the class was definitely above my ability and comfort level. She was kind to make suggestions during the class. If you have not done many yoga classes, this may not be one for you.
