I’ve been here several times through the years and never left a review. I guess because I was too sick 😷. But this time had to share. This was over a month ago.

Friendly staff, quick to get in and out and the doctors and Nurse Practitioners really listen to you.

My favorite room to wait in is this one: full of cheery kid’s artwork and mobiles.

I've been going here for over 10 years, not on a regular basis because I rarely go to the doctor but it's always been pretty easy and recently I broke three ribs. Dr Neyman has been amazing. She keeps me informed and listens to my concerns. I really appreciate them. I do wish the office visit was a bit cheaper for self pay customers but it's not outrageous.

Everyone who works at Carrboro Family Medicine is very helpful and organized. They have always worked with me to get appointments; I never wait long. Dr. Neyman is wonderful; highly recommend!

I always have a great experience here. The staff is awesome, they are super quick and efficient but also really nice. I called today to move up an appointment and they were able to get me in to the office this afternoon. Renee and Atina were awesome, and so was the woman who did my blood draw whose name I didn’t catch. Would definitely recommend!!

Carrboro Family Medicine is THE best place to find a primary care provider! And while Dr. Neyman is brilliant, she’s also attentive, patient, and asks great questions. Dr. Neyman stays on top of chronic conditions. She’s also funny and very approachable. I highly recommend Carrboro Family Medicine.

I have been a patient of Carrboro Family Medicine for over 25 years and have seen many different doctors, and I agree with other reviewers that the current doctors and staff are great. Dr. Manor has been the most thorough and compassionate doctor the entire time. I have recently seen Nicole Brown and she is outstanding. She is very knowledgeable, listens to me and recommends the best course of action. My rheumatologist recently retired and I called them to refill a prescription for one of the meds she had prescribed, and it was refilled the same day by CFM. Rachelle, the referral coordinator, sent in referrals immediately after my appointment and communicated with me. Very happy with this practice and it gets better all the time. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here. The front desk got me an appointment easily. They were quick to get me in to the doctor. I went in for a recurring ear issue. It’s simple fix that most doctors glance over and don’t take their time with me. Even tho it was a minor issue they took it seriously and sent me on my way feeling alot better. Will be going here regularly if I have any issues.

I am very pleased with all aspects of Carrboro Family Medicine. The staff is all very pleasant and very professional. I like the convenience of their Patient Portal. Communicating with the office is always easy. FNP Nicole Brown has been managing my healthcare for close to 10 years, and I credit her personally for helping me successfully maintain my blood pressure, blood sugar, & cholesterol (and more). She stays on top of me making sure I have some of those important tests done (the one's that many of us would like to dismiss - but are very important). She is very professional, very pleasant - and even though I can be a difficult patient - she is able to compel me to stay on top of my health (without being offensive in any way at all). If it wasn't for her suggested plan of attack from the very beginning - my blood sugar would probably still be way out of control as it once was (and who knows how much worse). I feel very blessed to have Nicole Brown & all of the staff at Carrboro Family Medicine managing my health. 5 stars!

Hats off to Rachelle (Referral Coordinator) for making it happen! I was having challenges scheduling a hearing test before year-end. In less than 30 minutes, Rachelle called with a referral using her network of service providers and childhood friends now in the ENT medical profession. For going the extra mile...Grade A+ to Rachelle!!!

I called for an appointment the Monday after Thanksgiving. They got me in within an hour. The staff was very professional and helpful. Nicole Brown, Nurse Practitioner, was superb. She provided answers to all my questions, gave me a lot of great info, and provided hands-on care. She even called me in the afternoon to followup. Excellent visit, I could not have asked for more.

I have been a patient for 8 years now after moving to the area. The office staff are very helpful and kind in the check in/out and scheduling process. Rachel helped me a needed print off a health form to complete.

Moved to Chapel Hill a year ago and was looking to find a primary care physician. I came across Carrboro Family Medicine Center. Of course one is always nervous but I have to say the entire staff made everything so comfortable and inviting. Dr. Manor was the icing on the cake that made me feel I had made the right decision. I highly recommend Carrboro Family Medicine Center to all those that feel intimidated and nervous about establishing a new relationship with a new team for your medical needs.

I have never been to a doctors office that is more caring than Carrboro Family Medicine. I used to see Dr. Toole and absolutely loved her and was worried when she moved that I would not find another good doctor but I was wrong. I now see Nicole Brown at CFM and she is amazing! She really listens to me and is very thorough, does not push medications on me like many doctors do and she respects my values and understanding of my own body. That means a lot to me! I also want to mention Rachelle, head of referrals! She is so kind, even after I bugged the crud out of her because a place I was referred to did not accept my insurance, she was patient with me and got me into another place that did accept my insurance! I have not met anyone in there that was not professional and kind! That is very hard to find in todays world! I HIGHLY recommend CFM!

I love this doctors office! Every time I visit the staff always go out of their way to make me feel welcome. From the front office staff like Renee and Ryan to Rachelle! Carrboro is lucky to have a hometown, friendly doctor’s office like this one! Thanks for being there to care for us.

The staff here are incredibly friendly! I made my appointment one month out and had my physical, including my lab tests, all in one visit. One week later I get a phone call to let me know that everything was perfectly good and asked me if there were any other concerns I had. My doctor was very knowledgeable and spoke with me at length about my concerns. Great place to go! I didn't experience any of what the previous reviews say.

I have been a patient of Carrboro Family Medicine for a few decades. As with any healthcare providers who faced the challenges of the pandemic, they held strong. The clinic has had some changeover in staff but I would like to comment that I had a recent appointment there and had a great experience. The receptionist was friendly & efficient, the nurse was as well. I am now a patient of Dr. Yulia Neyman who I think was excellent - very thorough and reassuring.

No one ever wants to go to the doctors office. ESP ME! So I appreciate the customer service, and or what I would call compassion for other people. This Especially goes for the woman at the front who took a lot of stress off of me. No matter how small she feels the gesture was towards me, It always makes it a little easier when you are going somewhere you do not want to be but have people who make your experience just a tad bit better. So for that I am Grateful. 5Stars from me

Lately I’ve been so impressed with this practice’s wonderful responsiveness, caring treatment, really just what you want in a family practice. Dr. manor has always been great and now Dr. Neyman is excellent also, caring, takes time, is knowledgeable and very human
. The front desk people are great too.
