Our local Allstate branch has been invaluable after moving to NC from out of state. Very communicative and extremely helpful in transitioning our insurance and keeping us covered. Excellent service!

I checked with them a year or so ago to see if they could give us a better rate on insurance. They were able to, and were also able to get a young driver who'd had a couple of fender benders back on our insurance sooner. I don't have many questions, because they explain things very well, but when I do they always get back to me very quickly. Have been VERY happy with the agency.

Allstate made dealing with a car accident non stressful. They gave you a list of body shops and rental cars. It was pretty seemless

I had a fender bender a while back and it was very easy to work with Allstate to get the issue resolved. I took pictures and sent them the required information and they took care of working with the repair shop. It was smooth and painless, I did not have to wait for any to come and inspect the car. It was fast and efficient.

I left a company that put me into a lapse and would not own up to it. I was left with paying a fee and having a lapse of coverage on my record due to these unprofessional people. When I spoke with Nicole, she got working on my behalf and had my account setup the same day. She handled all my background work and got me better rates than I had previously even with the lapse. I’ve been also working with Kathy. She’s very professional as well. Answers or responds right away with any questions or concerns that I may have. Although I was upset then, I’m now grateful for that company dropped me otherwise I wouldn’t be in Good Hands with Allstate.

All ALLState agencies don’t provide the same amount of quotations for the same vehicles!
James D AllState has been very reasonable in price compared to other companies and even with the same company!
The response for any businesses has been handled professionally and promptly with patience and courtesy !
