Metro by T-Mobile

I've been a customer here for years, it's been rough a few times in the past. It's a great atmosphere now here with Katherine & Regina. They play oldies and smiles on their customer's faces. The change has been amazing, it took some time but it was a great visit. They high-five customers, it's always busy but you enjoy the time with laughter. I'm a loyal customer of Regina's. She has been at a few locations as a staff but now as Supervisor she has earned it and it shows with her at the location. Don't ever let her go!!!

Regina and Katherine are worth keeping around. It was a tough day and my previous cell phone provider was making it extremely difficult to switch. They did not back down or give up even though it was late and difficult. Thank you guys for just trying and not quitting when you could have. So far no disappointments with the service!

I switched to Metro from Spectrum and the two ladies in the store who assisted me were awesome! Very attentive to my needs , and also got me a free line of service! If you’re looking for a great company with astonishing customer service visit this Metro !

I had a great experienced in the store today. Leo helped me get 2 new lines for my mom and myself, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to explaining everything and setting up great service. Came into the store today to pay my bill and Leo offered me a offer I couldn't refuse, I got me a new phone for me wife and my brother added to my account and also got me a great new tablet along with the deal. Sabren was the best rep I EVER encountered with Metro and I've had them for several years! She went above and beyond to make sure I got a good new phone and accessories..she even helped me choose the best phone for my personal needs and patiently answered all my questions. Leo was a sweetheart he gave outstanding customer service,he joked with my husband and I,my hubby was telling him about the ticks and jiggers videos he liked,I would without hesitation refer friends and family to his store my dude Leo !! 👍👍

I was there the other day with my kids. They’re always so nice to my little ones when I come in. I try to come in around opening time. When I do ramy is always there early in the morning waiting for me. This most recent visit jj and ramy were so kind so close to closing, it was a breath of fresh air. They even stayed late to help me. I left that night with phones for the whole family. I will always stay with metro especially this store.

Amazing, I switched from another provider, and they gave me a free phone, that was way better than mine. All I paid for is the first month service. The employee that helped me was hilarious, he had me laughing the entire time. Great Service!!!!!!!
