Quick walk to Busch Stadium and downtown stops. BEAUTIFUL hotel! The absolute best service. Some of the most friendly people you will ever meet work here. Always impressed. Rooms are well appointed with great amenities. Breakfast was outstanding (The Lou). I won't stay anywhere else in STL.

Stayed one night in a Premier Suite and was absolutely wow'd by the price paid for the room. Very clean, spacious, and modern. Surprised to see a bidet and TV in the bathroom as well as extra closet space and a cute record player in the bedroom. Excellent rooftop pool which we were unfortunately unable to enjoy due to packed agenda and rain the following day, as well as a clean Exercise Room. From the front desk, valet, and cleaning service, every staff member were accommodating and pleasant. Bottled waters upon check-in, water stations (regular and different flavors), as well as complimentary coffee in the morning time. Valet Parking as of Memorial Day weekend is priced at $49 (overnight/24hrs) and can be billed to your room. Location is about a 5-10 minute walk to Busch Stadium/Ballpark Village but would recommend sticking with a group when walking to/from after 10pm. Some outside noise in the middle of the night considering the location. Walkable to nearby breakfast/brunch spots as well other popular food options. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

This was truly a beautiful work trip! I want to give a huge shout out to Aaron, Erin, Troy and Kristine!! They truly made me feel like I was at home. They remembered my name and my favorite drink. These two weeks have truly been magical and this historical hotel truly has beautiful bones. I will be returning, and I will refer many of my colleagues and family members to this hotel.

In the unfortunate situation of the IT outage, my flight had been delayed four days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I do want to give a special shout out to the front desk manager, Drummond, who was exceptionally accommodating. It was a lovely stay despite all the chaos of trying to get home. Thank you all!

Falling asleep to Guy Lombardo one evening was a truly delightful and relaxing experience that transported me to a bygone era.

The rooftop pool was another highlight of my stay. With its stunning views of the St. Louis skyline, the pool area was a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Whether taking a refreshing dip or simply lounging by the poolside, the ambiance was serene and picturesque.

Very comfortable hotel rooms and hotel has a wonderful old time luxury vibe and a really nice fitness room. The staff at the front desk, valet/reception, and bar/restaurant were awesome! Very friendly and very accommodating, they definitely represent the Marriott name for service well. We enjoyed our weekend stay, just wished we would have more time to check out the spa and other amenities even more.

This is a really cool hotel. An older building that has been renovated but kept some of the vintage designs. The service was fantastic. Is just 4 block walk to Busch Stadium. The rooms had super high ceilings and plenty of space. Only issue was water pressure wasn’t great but that may have just been our room.

Stayed here for three days, and I loved it! The room was giant, and so many amenities. The bathroom was my favorite part. Toilet was super nice too. The lobby had the most delicious fruit infused water, bar, and a restaurant. A robot came and delivered robes and slippers! The robot was so cool. Definitely staying here again.

I went to the spa for a massage. Chrystal is an amazing massage therapist. She listened to my needs. She is friendly and also has a very soothing voice! I recommend the hand and foot paraffin wax; my skin felt baby soft.

A wonderful 4 star hotel in downtown st Louis. I will be staying more often if i ever need to go to an event by the dome. Its a 5 min walk to the dome and the staff is wonderful.

We were exhausted when we arrived. Got to our room and it was quiet and relaxing. Best nights sleep I've had in a long time. Very helpful and courteous staff too.

Nice hotel! Staff and guests were nice, but the location was a little further away from coffee and food options than we thought. Short walk to the arches though!

This hotel was amazing. A great location of the downtown. The rooms were nice, and the lobby had a really fancy and luxury feel to it. It was awesome. Also loved the huge stained glass mosaic above the lobby.

The only issue that kind of creeped me out is that we were sandwiched between 2 crumbling, abandoned buildings.

Still a great hotel though, worth the extra money.

Hotel Saint Louis was a lovely place to stay while in town for a work conference. It is upscale, historical and updated to be modern yet holds true to the beauty of being an older hotel.

The hotel is in the center of downtown so it comes with the noise but the advantage is you are within walking distance to so many things nearby.

What is even greater than the stay is the excellent customer service, the hotel staff was kind and friendly. I was consistently greeted and conversed with by staff.

The restaurant has a great list of spirits and wines to partake in, Wine Wednesday was a hit and the French onion soup was particularly cheese which was quite a delight.

I don't ever write reviews for hotels, and I stay at a lot of them, but I had to write one for the Hotel Saint Louis.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Brian at the counter. He was super nice, accommodating and full of joy. Walked into my room and WOW! I was upgraded to a beautiful king suite room. I literally felt special, and it was like I had my own apartment. The room was beautifully decorated, and the bathroom had a bidet! Boy was I pleasantly surprised. After settling in went down to the bar, and had pleasant conversation with ALL the staff, from the male and female bartender on staff (did not get their names, wish I did) to the food runners and waiters. Food and drinks were very good too.

I must say this was such a special and well needed pampering for me as I have been traveling from 5:30 am that morning from Florida, and was in St. Louis all day field traveling for work. I had the best night sleep as the bed and pillows were heavenly.

Oh and the robe in the closet is a must wear when catching up on emails early morning.

I will be back again if I ever am in St. Louis again.

Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The bar overcharged us and the drinks were just okay. We liked the view on the roof.

I travel a lot for work and am normally underwhelmed with the typical hotel experience, but I have to say that the hotel St. Louis made a huge impression on me. From our friendly check in experience with Sheret, including a complimentary signature cocktail, to the fabulous room, including a wet room shower/tub, tv in the bathroom mirror, bidet toilet seat, a record player with albums on the dresser. They even had a great bourbon selection at the bar, and our bartender Aaron was very knowledgeable. I have stayed at much more expensive hotels and did not have this experience. Marriott should send all of their staff here to train.

Absolutely beautiful, so clean and just lovely. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make our experience the best. The room was stunning, the food was delicious and had the best birthday with my husband. Loved the record player in our room and the records. Had a tv in the bathroom mirror, which was neat. Luxury all the way. Just really a beautiful place can't wait to go back

Stayed 3 nights for the Metallica concerts. Absolutely perfect balcony suite. Room was spotless and I really liked the furniture. Didn't make it to the pool but it stays open year round. Says seasonal on the website so I thought it would be closed. Room service was fast. The rooftop bar was really nice. 👌

We had an amazing experience staying for New Year’s Eve!! The rooftop bar is such a hidden gem it was the best view of the fireworks! Every single one of the staff we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming! They were very helpful!! Will definitely be recommending!!
