Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark

I love staying here for Cardinal’s games; you literally just walk a couple of blocks, and you don’t have to worry about parking. That said, hundreds of people agree, SO… expect a crush of people checking in/out either side of games and expect a wait to catch an elevator back to your room after games. We think it’s worth it. The pic is the view from our room. Other rooms offer a ballpark view, but those were sold out.

The chef and team that handles meals were very supportive during my 6 day long stay. I have severe allergies that many places cannot accommodate, but at the Hilton they not only prepared safe food but they also knew me by name and checked in with me during meals to make sure that everything was alright. They even premade my meals ready to have out when I got there. The food was well seasoned, hot, and delicious. I cannot explain how much their services meant to me and I am very grateful for the team. Everyone is incredibly kind and prepared. Thank you Hilton for everything this week!

Would recommend over and over! We were traveling from Canada with two large breed dogs and St. Louis was one of our pit stops. I'm SO glad we chose this hotel. I mainly want to give a HUGE shout out and HUGE thank you to ALL the staff. I've never had such amazing customer service and at a hotel and the kindness you showed to us and the dogs did not go unnoticed. Next time we are in St. Louis. This will be our spot! Thank you ALL again for making this a stress free and enjoyable experience!

Room was nice had a great view of the stadium. There was no room service available during my stay . However the staff was very polite . Also had of connection issues with the wifi .

So sweeeet here. It's literally a 1 minute walk to BallPark Village and a couple more to Busch Stadium. The Arch is about 2 blocks away and outside my window. Great staff, excellent rooms, a beautifully clean hotel.

Wonderful hotel! Great service. Convenient location near the Gateway Arch, the Ballpark, and only a few blocks from the convention center. Great views from the rooms. They have good food and drink options with reasonable prices; including a 360 rooftop bar, which is a must see!

We stayed three days at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark for a conference and were happy with the accommodations. Having a Starbucks on site was really nice and a self pay store area. From the front desk check-in to our check out, everything was top notch. We also had a wonderful view of the Archway...waking up to the sun glowing like gold off of the Archway was so pleasant. We will definitely stay at this location on a future visit to the area.

I love Hilton at the Ballpark. Anytime I stay downtown this is the place I choose. It’s very conveniently located. Tons of things to do within minutes walking distance of the hotel. Parking is kind of annoying because after I pay $200 for a room I don’t want to spend another $40 to park in a garage. But the breakfast buffet is grand. Staff is always pleasant even when you show up extremely drunk after a day in Soulard for Mardi Gras.

Clean room, friendly staff, and close to Ballpark restaurants. The pizza at the rooftop bar was excellent! I didn't eat at the other restaurants but I got a picture of the menu for reference.

Only recommendation would be better instructions for parking. Also it would be nice if the digital key listed which tower your room is in.

The best pizza & view!! Grab a Seabird, salmon chips & fries...order another Seabird while ordering ur choice of woodfire pizza. Parking is across the streets at Ballpark Village or if ur fortunate enough to get one outfront!! This is a nice place to come hang out.

Great hotel, even greater location!
Concierge is polite and welcoming.
Rooms are modern and updated.
Has a 360° rooftop Bar, which is currently like a snow globe threw up everywhere.....I LOVE IT! 1000/10.

This place was the best. Leanne at the bar was simply the coolest. Had a blast. God Bless 'em.

I'm sure that the hotel is a very beautiful place on the inside and out !!! The employees seemed friendly and informative of the event that I was there to attend. And just maybe the next time I'm looking for an awesome night's adventure they'll be at the perfect location next to the famous ballpark downtown St.Louis !!! Incredible and life changing event held by my brother from another mother Dr. Billy Alsbrooks !!! 🙌💪🙏

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! My aunt and I were in town this weekend for the Metallica concert we had reservations at the Hyatt Regency they were clearly overbooked upon arrival we were told we had no room. Naturally as I am out of town and it’s a huge concert I started to panic. I called the Hilton and a man at the front desk named Christopher answered told us he had a room and to ask for him upon arrival. When we arrived he was so gracious, got us checked in, had our car parked for us and set us up with breakfast. A great night could have been ruined but thanks to Christopher and the Hilton staff it was an amazing evening! Room was spotlessly cleaned, very affordable, and the entire staff was amazing! Thank you so much!!!

The hotel was in a great area, to me it was a little over priced. I paid extra for stadium view and you get stadium view but it isn’t like you can see what’s going on. Valet parking is def the way to go. Everyone was super nice. I also loved that after the game and the elevators got packed they had a plan B to get everyone up to their rooms without waiting a long time. The area is within walking distance to just about anything you want. I was a little upset that I paid $100 For a parking pass to watch the cardinals & ended up being right there and didn’t need it. Lol it was a lesson learned for first timers. Overall experience was great. Staff was super nice! I would recommend to anyone, but not worth the extra to have stadium view without you want to look at the nasty roof tops and out nasty windows.
