Great hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Good location. The room was clean and spacious, my room was without a refrigerator, and the bed was comfortable. The parking garage was $25 a day through the hotel, which was worth it. This location is walking distance to some great attractions.

Room was beautiful, nice and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating we got a 7:00am check in which you don’t hear of often. Centrally located and is walking accessible weather permitting. My only complaint would be is the restaurant isn’t open unless the hotel is at 50% capacity and breakfast is a tad pricy. The housekeeping staff isn’t on at night so we were not able to get extra blankets and pillows later in the evening. Otherwise beautiful hotel updated and décore is nice. Fitness center is a good side and we were able to use the business facility no problem. Will 100% try to stay here again during the busy season to try dinner here.

My boys and I are in town for three days to see an old friend, and to watch the Cardinals play. Our stay at the hotel indigo could not have been better. Our room was spacious, well appointed, and had all the amenities we expect an IHG property. The front desk staff was over the top, friendly, and saw to our every need. Housekeeping was efficient and helped us in freshening up the room during our stay. Bryan, Roger, and the entire staff are doing a great job and revamping and continuing to upgrade this property, which is in an amazing location. The building itself is full of history and great stories. We look forward to the opening of the lounge downstairs on the rooftop bar in Patio. It was an easy walk to the stadium, and we also rode the bird, scooters all around town, and we’re always able to find them within a block of the hotel.
We definitely recommend the Hotel Indigo in Downtown St. Louis.

Staying here for a quick 2 day conference in St. Louis. First time in the city and at Hotel Indigo. All I can say is, I love how cute and quaint the hotel is. It has a total vibe. It’s clean and the staff are INCREDIBLY friendly, real people from the community and know St. Louis inside and out. Great price point and center to all things, including a short walk to the arch.

This is an historic building from 1907. Because of the age, the rooms are on the small side, but they are nicely done, and very clean. I had a corner room with a lot of windows. Service was fantastic. The bar was nice as well. Rates are a little on the high side. Parking is $25 a day. You "might" find a better deal on parking. I recommend.

Had a few issues with cleanliness and some staff being rude. Voiced my issues/complaints to Aaron, the manager, and he listened and even asked more questions. I thought I had been rude but on my day of check out, Mr Levy bought me a beautiful card thanking me for my feedback, some Ghirardelli chocolate and wine. I was so surprised. He is awesome and working to make this hotel the best it can be👍. I would definitely return just because of the awesome staff, mainly, Renee and Aaron.

The employees were all super helpful and nice. The parking was $25/night, but it was super secure, I felt really safe leaving my car there. Everything seemed very clean, except for one toenail that was on top of one of the comforters.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Very comfy bed, good working AC, nice view from the 8th floor. Our next door neighbor's door could definitely use some grease. It was super loud and squeaky everytime they opened their door. Gave us a bit of a scare as it sounded exactly like someone was entering our room it was so loud. 806 was their room number if management would like to address.

Enjoyed a night in downtown St. Louis for dinner and fun. Stayed at the Indigo Hotel. Everything, from check-in to checkout was smooth. Our room was very clean and stylish. However, what stood out to us the most was the hotel staff. Very friendly and very accommodating. Simone at the front desk is a queen and will make sure you are taken care of, from directions about the parking garage to suggestions of area restaurants and attractions. Thank you, Simone! We will definitely be back!

They Have The Best Staf Hands Down. Housekeeping Is Absolutely Amazing. It's a Boutique Hotel.
No Fridge in Rooms or Microwave.
Trust Me Small Inconvenience for what the Staff Gives You. I've stayed here numerous times. This trip was 3 Weeks and they Make you feel At Home. Now to Get This Hotel Kitchen Back Opened

Cute boutique hotel. Third time staying. This visit, my room curtain wouldn’t open and they switched my room with no issues and were very accommodating. The staff on every visit has always been friendly. I left safe walking to and from during daylight and the parking felt very secure. It’s still downtown STL so you have to be vigilant. Would stay again!

Darneisha was an absolutely delightful front-desk host, dealing with our left-luggage, explaining the parking (a lot easier, and closer, than we expected), and having a can-do attitude as the hotel switches management.
Our corner room had tons of windows and even a bay window where you can sit and look into everybody’s office in downtown St. Louis. We also got Zenology bath products…..aaaaaaaaahhhhh…and the Keurig in our room came with Maxwell House coffee! Oh, and both sides of the bed had USB ports. Some boutique hotels forget that important detail.
How nice to roll out of bed and walk to the Gateway Arch. The old museum there was great but the new museum is staggeringly awesome. And free! You have to pay to go up the Arch and/or enjoy a riverboat cruise, but God bless the National Park System for their major overhaul. Very well done. But that’s a review for another day! Back to Hotel Indigo…
We look forward to staying here again, after they renew their liquor license and re-open the rooftop bar (should happen in a few months! Stay tuned!) as well as once again providing a hot breakfast. That said, Pickles across the street is a great place for breakfast in the meanwhile!

This was a great hotel! Very cool and within walking distance of everything downtown. I know a couple people have mentioned parking, but it wasn't an issue. They gave us a QR code for a very secure parking garage that was only a block away. It was $25 a day and you could come and go with no problem. The staff was amazing and the rooms were nicely done with amazing views of the downtown. Our room had 2 walls of windows. Highly recommend!!!

Read this review!! I read over several before coming and was nervous about having 3 kids with 2 adults. We called ahead and the most amazing, kind employee said they'd be ready for us with a pack and play and fresh bedding. When we arrived, sure enough- we were all set. Miss Simone and Miss Cassandra were amazingly gracious, hospitable, and animated in caring for us from the minute they said hello. Miss Simone celebrated our anniversary with us with drink vouchers, offered to ensure our kids got to see the view from the rooftop, gave us tips about the city, and made us feel like she was welcoming us into her own home. She was incredibly friendly with each of my kids, and didn't make me feel like we were a nuisance (which can happen sometimes). Then, she made sure we had a room that would give us a great view so the kids would have an experience. I have rarely experienced customer service like we did today, and am so thankful we chose this hotel. I wish every company had a Miss Simone and Miss Cassandra to represent them. The world would be a much brighter place!

Update: It's 5:25am, and our toddler woke up. We decided he might need some milk. Simone had, of course, thought of this and let me know to call the front desk if that were to happen. The gentleman who answered, Patrick, was amazingly gracious. He insisted on bringing it to our room, and had the sweetest attitude.

This morning, Ms. Yolanda noticed we hadn't used our drink vouchers, and made sure we had drinks to go. She also graciously insisted on us taking part in the super fresh breakfast. She was conversational, kind with my children, and was so sweet.

Our whole stay has been like staying with lifelong friends. This is our new home in St. Louis.

4.6/5
Hotel indigo is a nice hotel, close to the old courthouse, and the arch. Staff was very nice, and very well informed.

The room are very modern, and clean. The bathroom had a weird square shower, and complementary shower gels.

A few complaints: there was only one nightstand on the left side, and not the right. )Would be nice to have one on both sides). The lamp on the right side was cheap, and hard to turn on/off.

Other then that, our stay at hotel indigo, was really nice

Was very impressed with hotel indiago! I loved our room! The front desk guy left something to be desired with me. He treated the couple in front of us with the greatest of joy and respect, us not so much. I don't really know why but I had to ask each and every question of him whereas the couple in front of us he readily gave them all the info they needed for their stay, up to and including the parking fees and punishment if the key was lost. Anyway, I hate to think it was anything other than maybe his mood...

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were a little small, but larger than other downtown hotels in other cities. Staff was friendly and informative. Currently the rooftop bar is closed for remodeling and the first floor restaurant only serves food on Friday and Saturday night. It is a great location for going to a Cardinals game or visiting the Arch. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in town

We absolutely loved our stay. We got into town in the evening without a place booked. Needing something pet friendly makes things a bit tricky. The sweet lady at the front desk went above and beyond for us. She made us feel so welcomed and I just adored her! The accommodations were great. It was a quiet place that felt a bit fancy without being intimidating. I would absolutely stay again!!

Beautiful rooms, super friendly staff and great ocation. Only 4 blocks from Busch Stadium. Pet friendly! They even have a dog water bowl in the lobby. The resturant inside has great food and it is not over-priced. Our only complaint would be the bathroom floor was not the cleanest and the water pressure in the sick was not great. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.

Great hotel, very convenient location. The hotel was clean and quiet. No free coffee in the lobby, but I had a stocked coffee bar in the room.

*edit
I want to add, there was an error on my bill and when I called to get it fixed, it was done quickly and accurately. I understand errors can happen, but I really appreciate the effort to fix the problem.
