I contacted Chapel Hill Florist to have flowers delivered for my father. They responded quickly, clarified exactly what I was looking for and sent a confirmation when the arrangement was delivered. Very professional and excellent communication. The garden dish exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this florist!

In town from Albany, NY visiting my sister ... wanted to bring her some spring colors and just brighten her day. They didn't have any premade arrangements, but they whipped up a beautiful bouquet in no time! Professional and friendly! Highly recommend!! Thank you Chapel Hill Florist!! 🙏😀

Outstanding experience! I am not local, but found this florist online and ordered flowers that were delivered to my daughter’s hospital room at UNC Chapel Hill. Same-day delivery and the arrangement was even more beautiful than website picture. I highly recommend this florist!

The designer really took to heart what I had said, and created a beautiful sympathy arrangement for my friend who was also a floral designer before she moved here recently. Fabulous service and gorgeous arrangement!
I had a few requests for an arrangement for an art gallery opening.
I ordered the Designer's Choice (always the best option for fresh, seasonal pickings and its more fun for the designers :) ).
This was my first order from CHF but their website gallery gave me confidence (from out of state) that they were experienced and skillful.
Ken and his team totally understood my what I was trying to achieve and even contacted me with possible allergy concerns.
I received a photo of the arrangement via text before it came out
The order was processed in a quick turnaround time and safely delivered in plenty of time for my friend's event.

Ken, was great...I wanted an arrangement for my boss (male) and my boss liked the flowers a lot...Ken was on top of the order/the address was questionable and he helped find the address/timely delivery...I live approximately 4 hours from Chapel Hill area...will certainly use them again if need be in the future

I called the and gave the person that answered a basic description of what I wanted with a couple of flower types, colors, and my price range. I paid over the phone and they delivered the next day to a local hotel for a special occasion. They knocked it out of the park -- they were absolutely beautiful!!! Highly recommend!
