Henry went above and beyond for our wedding. The greenery he installed from the bistro lights was dreamy and the bouquets and table arrangements were magical. He worked creatively with the antiques I got for decor. He also did our rehearsal dinner flowers and those were stunning- so many compliments on both. As a bonus, I felt the pricing was very competitive and much better than other quotes I received. Highly recommend University Florist!

Amazing service! I had forgotten the date my mom would return from vacation and in a quick effort to look like a attentive daughter I found University Florist on Google and put in an order (selected "Home" - a seasonal variety from local farms) at 8AM and they were delivered within 2 hours. Mom loved them and requested I keep this vendor for future gifts for her. I will.

University Florist provided the flowers for my Feb 2020 wedding. Everything from the bridal bouquet to the center pieces were gorgeous. When we booked with David and Henry, they took the time to understand my vision and budget and definitely delivered. They even went out of their way to deliver the flowers early to my hotel to use for photos. I hope I get to work with them again.

Smells so good in here. Amazing creativity all throughout the shop with a lot of unique and fun pieces! Friendly staff, fresh flowers a lot of them being local, and a great succulent selection too! One of my favorite places on Franklin St to pop in and see what's new, since the store front is ever changing. This is the place to go for genuinely artistic flower arrangements and wrapped bouquets.

We ordered flowers for my son's Zoom wedding. The two arrangements from University flowers were spectacular and perfect in every way. The arrangements I sent other family members from local florists in Boston and Washington DC were lovely but did not compare at all with the beauty and artistry of University Florists.

This is probably one of the best florists I have ever been to. I am treated wonderfully when I come in, and when I walk out, I leave with something magnificent. As long as I live in this area, I will always use them. Thank you!!

I wanted a nice arrangement of flowers for my daughters birthday ( I was ordering from away). I didn't want the same-old-same-old, tired flower arrangements, so I looked at illustrations on U Florist web page and saw that this shop offered some unusual and creative designs. The person i spoke with to lace my order was knowledgeable and efficient. The flowers I ordered were delightful with lovely small touches--the vase was lined with thin woven reeds and the card holder was wood! And the flowers were different-- included a succulent-- and creatively arranged and very sweet and appropriate for a daughter's birthday. Highly recommended.

Henry at University Florist did the flowers for my and my husband's wedding, and we could not be more delighted with his work! I only had a vague idea of what I wanted for the arrangements and bouquets and told Henry to work his magic, and he absolutely did not disappoint. The bouquets and arrangements were stunning and exactly what I had imagined. He is such a warm, kind person and was a delight to work with. He made the process so smooth, responded to e-mails and calls extremely promptly, and was flexible through the entire process. I can't recommend University Florist highly enough!

Gorgeous flowers. I met with David to order flowers for a funeral and reception. We didn’t want the usual arrangements you see and the end result could not have been more perfect. The flowers were amazing and David captured exactly what we were looking for. They were very quick in getting an estimate to us. They are very familiar with most of not all of the churches in chapel hill and provide experienced guidance to help with making choices.

Highly recommend University Florist for your wedding floral needs! I provided them with a photo of inspiration for my wedding bouquet and they went above and beyond to recreate it at a fair price! I loved my florals from here and would definitely order from here again!

This flower shop went above and beyond for me. I had ordered some flower to be delivered to a local hospital. They did their part and delivered the flowers (which I imagine were beautiful). Some how the flowers got lost in the hospital so I called the flower shop to see what the next step was. Dave and Amanda took it upon themselves to help me and repeatedly called the hospital to locate the flowers, they didn’t have to their job was already done. I was so appreciative of them going above and beyond they are very loyal to their customers. Long story short the hospital never delivered the flowers I had ordered. I once again called the flower shop to let them know my flowers never got to the person I had ordered them for. They were apologetic gave me my money back and even offered to help me find another flower shop since the person who was suppose to receive the flowers got discharged home. I couldn’t thank them enough and so grateful for their loyalty and their amazing customer service .

My Valentine's flowers were amazing. Outside the box arrangement instead of the usual dozen roses. Loved the use of purple cabbage blooms that mimicked roses and the rosemary, one of my favorite smells! Orange roses, yellow ruffled edged tulips and several other flowers. Just awesome!
