Jeff is a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman. He has helped me find the perfect kitchen table and now a sectional. The Mobile store has a variety of furniture to check out with a good crew to assist you. Can't wait to go back and get some more pieces.

I purchased a mattress and I've had it around six months or so and it began to sag. I had no problem with the exchange. I had the insurance and the warranty. They were very nice and helping me and were able to help me exchange it and get what I needed, I didn't think I needed a neither adjustable base a few months later but I did. I didn't get the adjustable base from them but I will go back to Hanks and get one. They're wonderful people to do business with.

My husband and I recently went to Hanks in search of a new mattress. Gregory was exceptional in helping us find the perfect mattress for our needs within our budget. We were very pleased with the inventory and the customer service during our visit. I recommend going to Hanks for your next furniture shopping experience.

A nice furniture store. The store is very large. One thing you might want to bring is a tape measure.The staff is nice, and not forceful like at some other furniture stores. They can (and probably will) chat with you for a while. I would recommend this store.

I’m a recent college graduate with a tiny budget after moving into my new apartment. I was searching all over to find an affordable couch to furnish my living room. I went to Hank’s with no exasperation’s of finding anything in my budget. To my surprise I found an awesome (slightly damaged) couch at a steal of a price! My awesome sales associate Brandi helped me to make my decision on purchasing the couch. She even gave me ideas on how to care for the small damage. I also appreciate that she understood that I was on a budget. She never pressured me to purchase anything additional that would have blown my budget. Even after purchasing the couch she was helpful with loading it to the truck! Due to my experience with her and the deal I caught, I’m positive that I will be furnishing my apartment with Hank’s furniture! Thanks again Brandi!

We were so impressed with our shopping experience with Mr. Darry Shoemore. He gave us plenty of space and time to figure out what we wanted in new living room furniture. It's nice to go to a furniture store and not have salespeople hovering over you where you can't even discuss things privately. We had such a great experience at Hank's and it is because of our amazing salesman, Bill Snow. We had been to just about every furniture store in town and when we made it to Hank's, we knew we did not need to look anywhere else. The selection was great, quality even better, and price was best! Bill took such great care of us and pointed us to options that we would never have even thought about on our own. We cannot wait to get our new bedroom pieces and are even more excited to return when it is time to pick out a sofa set. We will definitely ask for Bill every time we shop at Hank's.

We always have a great experience at Hanks, but Darry provides excellent service. We told him that we were moving onto our first home and he told us about the great deals that they had on living room furniture and we ended up with a rug, table with 3 bar stools, and a love seat and couch set for a fantastic price and it was available for pick up the same day! Will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful furniture buying experience here. We’ve been looking for new living room furniture for a while. Darry Shoemore was so awesome! He was very pleasant, personable, and professional. There was NO buying pressure from him at all. He was very knowledgeable about his products, gave us our space to talk and think, and offered us great financing and pricing. Once we made our decision, we were out the door with a scheduled delivery date in less than five minutes!!

Just went to pick up our coffee table that my husband and I bought at Hanks. We bought a mattress there almost a year ago and it was a very smooth, great experience, so we came back. We almost didn't talk to the sales guy about the coffee table but when we did he gave us a great deal and we couldn't pass it up. It was a very quick and smooth process (I wish I could remember his name!!) and I am so glad we decided to shop there again. Today I picked up our coffee table and the guys that loaded it up for me (Dee and Darius) were fabulous! They took great care to make sure my box/furniture wasn't damaged and secured it well for me and were even concerned about how I was going to get it in my house. These guys chatted with me while loading, and were genuinely friendly and helpful. Thanks again Hanks for another great buy and all around good customer service!! We will definitely be back!

Mr. Darry was the most patient and helpful furniture salesman my family and I have ever encountered. He allowed us to take our time to make decisions while we furnished our new home. Lord knows I can be so picky! And he even went out of his way to check in with me while my furniture was on back order. Because of this customer experience and the quality of the furniture, I know I will be returning to Hanks Fine furniture for all of my furniture needs!

I would like to start by saying my experience with Hanks Fine furniture was great. Adam Robinson was my sales associate and he was so patient with me and he was not a high pressured salesman. I went to several other stores and kept returning to Hanks until I found just what I was looking for. I am so proud of my new look thanks to Adam. I found my experience with Hanks Fine Furniture in Mobile, AL to be 100% satisfactory. I knew what I needed and my budget. The sales manager Adam Robinson listened to my needs, found quality pieces and stayed under budget. The entire experience took less than 45 minutes which was perfect for my pressing schedule however the attention to detail, thoroughness and excellent service did not lack. My pieces were in stock and delivered less than a week from when I ordered. Delivery went smoothly and they cleaned up after themselves once the furniture was set up.
