Hotel Avyan

This hotel was really amazing. It smelled really clean when I walked in my room. Also, because I really needed the hotel by 3pm or even before 3, the woman at the front desk allowed me to check in early for a small fee. Even though it was $160, I was grateful that I was able to get a hotel room. Everything was great! The bed was very comfortable . The bathroom was clean and well kept. Now a days hotels are so expensive just for 1 night stay. Many people are paying over $300 just to stay for 1 night but when I was informed to pay $160 just for that day I was shocked and truly amazed. I will be attending this hotel again!!! 😊

The rooms were clean and ready at check in. The staff was nice and courteous. Parking was always available. We didn't try any of the food, but there is a convenience store next door for any snacks/drinks if the vending machines inside the hotel don't have what you want. It's located right by the highway, so it's easy to get to other parts of the area without having to navigate a bunch of potentially unfamiliar streets. Also, shout out to Milque Toast Cafe, it's right down the street and has amazing food.

We got a family room (2 queen beds) and it was big and clean. It also had a pull out sofa.
We asked a couple of time for extra bed sheets and towels and they gave everything with no problem.
The bathroom was also clean and with everything needed for 4 people, even if we were only 3.
Overall very satisfied

Made a last-minute reservation and the room was large and clean. Excellent customer relations! I left behind a fairly new jacket, gifted by a friend, and assumed it was long-lost. Thankful that the night crew was so helpful and the hotel mgr. Jan called the next day to tell me she would send it as soon as she left work. I paid for shipping (ups) and received the jacket in a few days. An overall great experience. Thanks Jan!

Great service and fair price.
Previous customer must have smoked so the room was still pretty rank but we were all tired and happy to find a place to sleep that could accommodate 5 kids.

Great location right off of 44

We were visiting last minute and had nowhere to sleep. The clerk found us a room and gave us a discount. We stayed for 4 additional days. The rooms were ckean and comfortable. It will be our go to when we visit St Louis again.

We went to Maroon 5 and downtown rooms were extremely high near the event. Just 1.8 miles from Scottrade we chose to stay here. We could have walked, but local Uber drivers were great. Clean room, friendly staff, all you could ask for if you don't want to spend the $130 rates to stay a little closer!

The room we stayed in was great and spacious. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is no breakfast!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It’s in a perfect location with friendly staff, great selection of pools and the rooms are quiet and spacious.

The staff and management at the Avyan were very professional and courteous. I really enjoyed my stay there. A special thanks to JAN, who helped me retrieve a very valuable camera. Love you JAN, you deserve a RAISE $$.

The beds were comfortable and the location is only 10 minutes away from just about everything down town. I had an issue with being put in the wrong room but, shout out to Jan who fixed it and made everything right

My second stay & absolutely no complaints! They did charge an extra $25 for early check in which wasn't amusing but at least I could get in when I needed to.

We had a great experience! Prices are great, front desk women was so nice and helpful, rooms were clean, and the location is perfect!

Very good hotel
I got it in Hotwire and it is significantly cheaper than all the other hotels in the area, so I was a little nervous. Turns out this is a very nice hotel very close to downtown, close to highway also, only 20 min from the airport

Hotel was very clean, up to date, and convenient. The staff was extremely friendly. Great value. I'd definitely stay again.

We made reservations trying to get as close to ssm hospital we had a brother there in ccu and it was clean everyone was really nice and friendly folks made our stay nice and comfortable for the 2 days we stayed and another brother stayed 1 night was sad to know our brother passed on Saturday afternoon I’d we ever need to come back will definitely stay again

Very nice hotel. Had a suite with 2 bedrooms. It was nice and roomy. Very quiet.

I was very impressed with every aspect of the hotel rooms are very nice very clean the cafe is reasonably priced and very good it was overall an amazing experience
