Make sure you check your car twice before you leave because it is expensive to have your car detailed and then find out it's not really detailed so just double check.

It don't wash the very bottom of your car

Went in and asked for shampoo and interior clean. Also asked for the in-line to be cleaned. I asked them to pay special attention the one stain on the passenger seat. He asks me what the stain was, I say I don’t know. He asked me who else drives my car and who else rides in it. I was thrown off, wondering why it matters. 3 hours later, I’m still waiting and he’s still only shampooed the seats. Nothing has been wiped down, nor has the in-line been cleaned. I brought the car at 12:50, it’s almost 4 P.M. I ask how much longer because I have to get my kids from school. He tells me he’s not gonna rush the guy and that I have to be patient. I explain that I get my car detailed all the time and it never takes this long and I’m usually getting it washed too. I only asked for interior, so the outside doesn’t have to be washed. He argues back and forth with me. Then, a few minutes later, he tells me the guy can’t clean my in-line. I have already paid. When I get in, I check the in-line, it isn’t even wet. He didn’t even try to clean it. When the seats dry, I notice there’s still a water stain on my driver seat. There’s stains on the back of the seat. There’s trash where the seat belt buckle is that hasn’t been vacuumed. The car is not detailed to the standard i know it should be. I go back early the next morning to tell him my concerns, he basically tries to tell me that I’m delusional and that the car is cleaned properly. I show him there’s literally spray stains on my rear view mirror that was sprayed but never wiped. He says they don’t wipe rear view mirrors. He’s the manager, but lies and says he’s the owner, when I know he’s not. He tells me I’m the one who should apologize because my car was so dirty. It was not. It was simple work. I’m flabbergasted, do not visit this place and spend your money. I paid $75 for nothing.

I paid $150 to get my car detailed. Well not only was it not detailed properly, the lady who was managing at the time, did not make sure the guy did his job. I reported and told her my car was still dirty and she said well that's the best we can give you today. Everything from the dashboard to the foot base of my vehicle was still dirty. There is hardly ever any real management on site and when there is they are always saying come back this day we will make sure it's done and it's never done properly. Dont waste your time to be honest with you, you do better going to the one in Algiers because they make sure your vehicle is clean on the 1st time. Stay away from the 1 in Marrero as they do not care about their customers you are only money to them.

They told me in order to get a wash I have to get a full detail instead of a regular wash mind you I received a full detail 6 days ago

Not sure if I can recommend to any one they play to many games

I personally think they need some real management experience
