Seth took my car in to replace the radiator on my Acura TL Type S even though he was booked for days as soon as he knew I was passing by MD and was from out of state. No extra charges for expediting, neat work, trustworthy, a total stranger but made me feel at home like I knew this guy for years, and everyone who works there treats you like that. Seth, the owner is just amazing. He is very honest, upfront and good. I was duped by the Toyota Service Center in Catonsville that my brakes on my SUV needed immediate replacement. Seth and his team looked at it and said that the brakes are good and need no replacement. It is hard to find honest mechanics these days. Thank you Seth and team!!!

My family in town has their cars serviced at this shop and are very pleased with the quality, service, and courtesy of the business. We came in from North Carolina to visit my family for Christmas and my car rear brakes started grinding. They recommened I take it in to Seth's shop and see what could be done. Seth got me in on very short notice and got the job done in a pinch as I needed to back to work the day after Christmas. I take all my cars to Pine Orchard Sunoco for ONE reason Seth, the owner & his mechanics are AWESOME! Seth is very friendly and very easy to work with. This is one busy shop (which tells you ALOT of people trust Pine Orchard Sunoco) they will try to accommodate getting your car in and out in a timely manner. HIs mechanic are top notch and very honest. I have to say if you don't trust me try this shop one time, I guarantee they will be you new car repair shop.

We take all of our cars to Pine Orchard Sunoco. Seth, the owner is a very honest guy and always takes good care of us. We know he will charge us a fair price for the needed repairs. I have an SUV that kept breaking down and he didnt give up until the problem was corrected. We highly recommend Pine Orchard Sunoco.

Excellent customer service. After a bad experience at the Sunoco station down the road, my wife came to this Sunoco station. She needed something blown up for work and the air machine at the other station ate her money and the station owner refused any help. This Sunoco station helped her out quickly and nicely. Highly recommended. Helpful and great customer service.

Reading prior Google reviews, I was hesitant taking my car there. But I did anyways, and am thankful I did. I had problems with my alternator, as well as with my steering fluid. Both issues got resolved quickly. The quote on getting my alternator fixed was very reasonable. I enjoyed the demeanor of the mechanics there, and especially appreciate the young man who oversees the jobs.

Love these guys. Reasonably priced and always working with me through my car issues. Carlos handles my Bmw better than some self-proclaimed foreign car mechanics I’ve been to. And they’re good with my wife’s Toyota too!
