I recently bought a used car from Mike from out of state. Communication with Mike was easy and he was extremely thorough with his description of the vehicle and did everything to make me confident with my purchase, including take it back to the highly rated local mechanic who had already taken care of the vehicle before I asked for a second check. Mike even picked me up from the airport and made this process absolutely seamless. Upon arrival, the vehicle was in even better condition than he described. Mike and Joe are great guys who will do what it takes to make their customers happy. Thanks again guys!

We travelled from the Ozark area to see the car because we had pretty specific needs. It had to be a low-mileage Escape with a tow package in our price range. The vehicle was just as described, and the process was flawless. We love the car and really appreciate Mr. Riggio because he held the car for us so no one else would buy it while we were on the road. I'm going to be looking for a used car for my daughter in a year or so and if Michael has what we need we'll be dealing with him again. A very positive experience for both my wife and me.

I've been shopping for the van I want for a year and I finally found the one here. I came from Detroit to get it. Joe was super helpful and friendly. Specifically he sent me detailed, quality photos of hard to reach places under the vehicle since I could be there myself. Additionally, Joe was incredibly patient as my flight into STL got further and further delayed. Great vehicle at a fair price and excellent service to boot. Thanks again fellas.

I purchased a beautiful pickup truck from here a couple months ago with an additional warranty and I had a great experience through the entire process. About 2 weeks ago we took the truck in to the shop to realize that the engine through itself out of timing due to a bolt breaking, which I am told in no way anyone could predict happening. The Ford dealer I took it to decided that the engine needed to be replaced and the warranty company decided that due to the reason that the engine was thrown out of timing, the repairs were not covered under the warranty and that I am responsible for paying for the repairs ($3500). I called Michael Riggio to see if there was anything he could do to help and he called the warranty company himself and was able help get everything paid for through the warranty company. Considering this happened after his dealer warranty was up he really went above and beyond helping me in this situation.

We bought a Ford Transit Van there. No high pressure but very knowledgeable Sale man. Very easy transaction & the owner went out of his way to bring us the title. We would buy again if we need a vehicle.

I had to tell a grown man to calm down, after I said I was going to buy the car in the morning, not go and get our check book and drive straight back at 7:30pm. He was literally screaming at us. It was surreal. They had a car we wanted, for the price we wanted, but we bought something else because their behavior was so unacceptable. I honestly think it's an unsafe place for people to do business, especially alone.
