My experience at Legacy was nothing short of amazing. Claudia and Jacob took such good care of not only me but, my family. I had to bring my two young kids with me to see the vehicle. They provided us with a place to let them play and kept assuring me that they were fine with all the noise and running around they did. I had appts the next day to go look at other places, but because they were so amazing, I knew this was the place I wanted to purchase from. Great job Claudia and Jacob!

Mr. Vincent was very welcoming. He did a wonderful JOB! My cars new battery is working well. He made the trip to Legacy Buick worth the time and effort to handle my issue. I hope this is the beginning with Legacy Buick if I need service in the future. My car has always been serviced by Cadillac of New Orleans and I hate the drive way out to Metairie which was not often, only for servicing. I hope that I can go to Legacy Buick for servicing because it is closer. Thanks!

My wife and I had our vehicles serviced on this day. We were greeted by Becky who quickly put our orders in. Our vehicles were then serviced quickly and efficiently. They have a really good, highly trained team of guys over here let me tell you, we were very pleased with everyone. We even met a manager Mr Pat. We had some interesting conversations with him. He really knows the car business well, not just cars but he is interested in making sure his customers are satisfied. And, that, we were. We highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be back!

Bought a used suburban from Legacy and after 9 days of having it the transmission went out and we contacted them and they said bring it in. We did and they replaced the transmission without question. Nicest people we’ve ever dealt with at a dealership! We will definitely be going back whenever we look again for a vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership because the staff is wonderful!

It was a great experience for my first time.very professional staff and I was there no time fast and quick.

Originally made appointment back two weeks and was quoted for "oil.filter change"...but was told that there was a "special" for oil/filter change PLUS TIRE BALANCE AND ROTATION!

10 days later, made an appointment and brought my vehicle (2020 GMC Yukon SLT) in and asked about the "special"...was told everything would be separate...so got the oil/filter changed...waited 1 hour 5 minutes!

Was greeted by a very nice employee named Savannah. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made our visit an enjoyable experience when dealerships are normally painful.

Buying this new truck was the best experience i have ever had in a car dealership. The salesman was very nice and not at all pushy in trying to make a sale. All the staff who wasnt helping me. They were all so nice and respectful. This is my fourth new vehicle and by far the most pleasant i have ever experienced at a dealership.
