I lost a relative 9/12/2023 she was a beautiful soul, and I could go on this website Online, I was able to write on the guest book and leave my condolence and send a candle, i also could send flowers and written words of sympathy...I was able to view a full obituary of my relative since I was unable to atend..Of all the many funeral website that I have searched for this website at Phillips Brothers is awesome, it's is user friendly, it setup beautifully , you can fine the person you are looking for, I just think this Online website is the best ever... keep up the good work 👍 👍👍👍👍👍🙏🏿

Working with Phillip Brothers Funeral Home was an easy experience from Start to finish. They should be highlighted mostly on their customer service. No matter what I asked from them, it was always a “Yes”. You shouldn’t uldnt go anywhere but here to memorialize your loved one. They deserve it.

This is a very professional establishment with a caring and extremely knowledgeable staff. We used them first for my mother about four years ago and we just used them again for my brother. Both times they went out of their way to be helpful and considerate to us. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great place to be for a funeral nice building and a really good clean parking lot with lots of space and the inside of the funeral home chapel is really big and beautiful and decorative hallways and the employee's where really great and humblely nice and friendly I give A+ &👍👍

In January 2015,Phillips Transport transported my son Anthony P. Robinson from Moses Cone hospital to N.C. Dept. of Health & Human Service for an autopsy and back to Moses Cone Hospital. I found from the autopsy report. Among his belongings their was $161.00 that was not returned. I have called them on 8-11-15, @ 4:15 pm & 4:20 pm. On 8-12-15 @ 11:28 am and left a message for them to call me back and today is 10-18-15 and they have not returned my call.
