I sold my car a few days ago. Ricky (the owner) offered a fair price which is close to KBB trade-in value and beat the CarMax and another dealer nearby. He processed the sale contract and the check within 15 minutes. The check was cleared on the 2nd business day after I deposited it. I would suggest everyone check with Ricky before you sell your used car to CarMax. First, go to CarMax to get a written appraisal. Then bring your appraisal to this business for better offer and quick process. There are some certain vehicle he may not take for some reason. But it is worth to check it out for possible a few hundreds or thousands dollars. I will come back in future when I need to sell my car and recommend this business to my friends and co-workers.

I took a great car with really low miles and well maintained to CarMax and they offered me $3,500. There were people directing me to We Buy Autos right up the street so I decided to check it out and Ricky was very helpful and gave me $5,000 more than CarMax. Everything was professional and quick. Ricky was direct and beat an offer i had from Carvana and Carmax. The offer from Carvana was simply the print out from several days back. The whole process took about 1/2 hour and he was very patient in helping me get what i needed to show the payoff of the Honda was made from 2 years back.
