Aloft St. Louis Cortex

I stayed here for 2 nights and I would definitely stay again. The hotel is loft style. Very nice! Everything was so nice and clean. The staff was super friendly, helpful & any time I needed anything they assisted me promptly. I have no complaints. The pool was heated. Very clean! Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had to put together a last minute staff meeting for twenty employees from across the country. I called Aloft hoping they could accommodate and they went out of their way to not only accommodate us, but also ensure that everyone of us was well taken care of.
The hotel feels new and everything is beautiful and welcoming. I also want to acknowledge Zulia at the front desk who went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect.

I was very surprised with how nice the rooms were. Modern design without unessecessary furniture (like dressers that go unused in most hotels). However, there was still plenty of storage space, several full length mirrors. The rate was in line with my budget. I booked my room using priceline so i paid right around $110 after taxes. Check in was super easy. They only required a $50 deposit and didnt require a major credit card like many other hotels ive looked into. I simply used my cashapp card. It actually in a great location for business individuals but I couldnt find any convenience stores within a super close walking distance as it was 3degrees outside so thats the only reason I gave 4/5 on the location. Staff was helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again for sure.

Located in a newly revived innovation district, this hotel is clean, quiet, and safe. It's "just far enough" away from main city. Easy drive to all of St Louis tourist spots and even a tiny view of the arch if you peek around the corner. For dog travelers it's perfect--walkable area and green space outside the front the door. Quick drive to Forest Park which is filled with dog walkers! Note that parking is in a ramp which is a short walk or shuttle ride. We enjoyed our stay here and will return on our next roadrip!

Excellent! We were bumped from a hotel in downtown St Louis and were initially disappointed to be moved to Aloft St Louis Cortex, which felt further from downtown and our conference. However, we were so pleasantly surprised at how great staying at the Aloft was. The hotel had all the amenities we could want; the location was great, walking distance to fantastic restaurants and a seemingly better nightlife than downtown St Louis, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful.

The property overall was very clean presentable and welcoming. I felt hip and cool just walking in. The hotel design is very cool with cute little sitting nooks, a large table to sit with friends and play provided games.
There is also a fun patio, with comfy chairs and a bean bag game to play.
The room was clean and well maintained. The design was really interesting. It was modern, but still comfortable and cool.
The staff was amazing. The manager Josh, provided a fun, welcoming atmosphere for all. The front desk agents were superb.
The parking lot is a few steps away, but Mr Frizzle and his magic school bus, are more then happy to zip you back and forth. (The hotel’s van).
Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed here with our dog. We've always respected Aloft as a very pet-friendly hotel brand. There were ample indoor and outdoor public spaces to chill when we didn't want to be in our room. The hotel staff was nice, especially Tuneisa. She checked us in/out and greeted us by name throughout our stay. She had an electric smile and provided the type of front desk connection with guests that's sometimes difficult to find at other hotels. Our stay was over a holiday weekend and because we checked in Friday evening, we only had to pay for one hour of metered street parking right next to the hotel.

My family and I stayed here for 3 days and when I tell you the customer service was at 100%. The front desk person , Mrs. Cathy, made sure we had great rooms, greeting us as soon as we walked in with a beautiful smile. She was very friendly over the top. The young lady Ms Temple prepared our breakfast and it was amazing. She was very conversational and friendly as well. The ambiance was beautiful. The rooms very clean and on point. We have already planned our vacation and will spend it at this hotel! Great job A LOFT!

Everything was perfect. My check in experience, the room, the fitness center and the pool.

The hotel was nice, modern and very minimal. We did have an issue with our first room as the TV did not work. The front desk was able to move us to a different room. The hotel is located along Forest Park Parkway but actually enters from Duncan in the middle of office and industrial buildings.

Love this hotel. Hospitality was amazing. Honestly the best people work at this hotel. Everyone was more then accommodating and extremely kind. Made the beginning of our trip more then we could of asked for. Amazing food nearby and right in the center of everything.

Excellent hotel. The desk staff was great, particularly the tall night watch gentleman with the glasses (best hotel staff member I’ve ever met, shared a pizza with him). Easy to get food delivered to the hotel via DoorDash. Room was clean and quiet. Checkout was easy and painless.

Great experience here. We were very warmly welcomed by the staff, and given a room on the 3rd floor. Room was more than adequate; large comfy beds, good shower, etc.

We enjoyed the pool and found it pretty relaxing and large enough to be comfortable.

Breakfast was basic but tasty.

Parking is $25 but there is ample street parking (free 7 pm - 8 am) right outside. Very good sushi place shares a parking lot.

We came up for a one night stay & couldn't have been more pleased. The room was extremely clean, comfy beds, and a nice shower. We took advantage of the pool & outdoor hang out area, both were clean & very nice. But I will say the best part of our stay was the AMAZING staff, they were all so friendly and fun to talk to. I never had to wait more than a couple minutes for the shuttle to the parking garage. I would recommend this hotel time and time again, especially if you're going to the zoo bc it's so close, and plan to stay here again.

I can't say enough good things about Aloft! The rooms are modern, clean and really beautiful. The staff is so welcoming and kind and I love the game area, the pool table and the little food nook. The WXYZ terrace bar is amazing. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and modern, and there is space to eat, work, and play in the downstairs lobby. There's a laundry room and a lounge, a very nice gym, and an indoor pool.
However, the best part of Aloft is the staff. We stayed for eight nights and interacted with every one of the staff members. They were all friendly and welcoming. By the end of our stay we felt as though we were visiting family. Thank you, Aloft! You made our trip to St. Louis absolutely magical!

Everyone at the information desk area was super kind!!! The decor is beautiful and artfully created!!! I hope the guests enjoy the books and decor respectfully… it is wonderful!
Our room was so clean!! The shower was marvelous!! Bed sooooo comfortable!!! Only things to improve…the fact that there really is no parking and the valet situation was not staffed appropriately. One person on a Friday and Saturday…They were doing the best they could but one person is not enough…. It’s a wonderful place… pool was super clean, common areas as well… stunning..,. Just wish there was real cream for the coffee in the mini fridge… the coffee/powdered creamer were the only down side in the room. Again… staff was terrific and having our dog there awesome!!

Loved our stay!! The hotel was beautiful and clean. It charges $20 for pet and $25 for valet because there was no self parking (other than the street parking). Hotel staff was friendly and nice to our puppy. Room was clean and beautiful. There was pool table where we played few games. The bar had some nice drinks. It was a wonderful experience. We’ll be sure to come back and stay longer. Thank you, Aloft!

Beautiful hotel located about ten to fifteen minutes from all the wonderful things St. Louis had to offer! I was in and out a lot so I interacted with the front desk quite a bit and every person I encountered was friendly and helpful. I work for a Marriott owned hotel so my clean standards are a little much but the room surpassed my hopes for it! The pool was a little cold but it was clean and refreshing. The only complaint I could even think of is that the pillows are really soft and I’m not even sure that’s much of a complaint! Overall wonderful experience! Thank you!

Rooms a very retro and unique. Bathroom location could be improved as the shower is open and right inside the entry door.
