Shelly's Blossom Shop

This was my first time using this florist and Shelly did an outstanding job with exceptional customer service. She did not have the vase I chose on the website, it was on back order, but I didn’t want a generic case by any means, and she went above and beyond to come as close as possible to what I had chosen! Delivery was prompt and the arrangement arrived in perfect condition.
If I need anything else sent in her delivery area, I will definitely use her again.
She is not open on Saturday, but she is on Sunday. She did call me on Saturday to let me know that there is an error on google stating her hours of operation and she will try to get that fixed so others don’t expect a delivery that she cannot take care of. Where she is located is in a religious area and no business is allowed to be open on Saturday.
I had no problem with that. I appreciated her calling me!

Shelly’s and her staff went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the perfect corsage for prom. They handled my request promptly and I couldn’t have found a better fit! Will definitely be back for the next one.

I had a great experience. I called, Shelly answered, and really helped me out. I forgot a special occasion, typical guy thing. On the day of, I begged Shelly to help me or I would be DEAD! She did a great job and came through for me.

bought a bouquet for delivery before reading the reviews, set for the next day - friday. it didn't arrive. i called saturday to ask about it, she told me "she was closed saturdays" in spite of her posted open online hours, and that she'd get in contact with her driver to ask what happened. then she called back with no answers but saying she'd found the order online and would "remake it" and have it delivered by end of day.

she had... a bouquet made she delivered. it was pretty, but not what i ordered; the one i requested had lavender. i want to support local but it seems like this florist needs to smooth out the kinks in her process.

I ordered flowers for my wifes 50th birthday. The flowers never arrived. I tried calling the day before to confirm what time they would arrive and her VM box was full. I called again the following week after she didnt get the flowers and she answered and said she would check into it and call me back. No answer and now she has blocked my number. She is a SCAM and would never recommend her for any orders! trying to get PayPal to refund my money

I ordered flowers for my aunt's 98th birthday, and they never arrived. Called during business hours and phone went to VM, which was full.

This is the worst flower shop I have every Done business with they do not answer the phone they did not deliver. I thought I would stay local, but instead next time I will go national if you need flowers, don’t buy it from these people they suck.
