Red Roof PLUS+ St Louis - Forest Park/Hampton Avenue

Shona was absolutely fabulous. She was personal and compared to other hotels or rest establishments made a way to be a part of a guest's positive experience. She definitely has a friend us. There were a few issues of the room but they were.promptly handled and management informed. Thanks for Everything. We will use this location in future when we travel thru St. Louis

Got out of a bad relationship and have a dog and cat and needed a place to stay and they are pet friendly. Absolutely no problems at all room clean, bathroom clean, staff nice (especially front desk) and it's been pretty quiet. As far as smoking in the rooms, I don't see it because they will charge you for smoking in the room and if you smoke right outside your door and there's a crack a sensor will let them know, I'm a smoker and found out with a warning so I get away from any room. Close to highway, restaurants (the Hill is great), hospitals, Forest Park, Museums, shopping and not far from downtown (Cardinals and Blues). I would recommend to anyone for one or multiple nights. Of course there are small cosmetical things like enamel chipping in the tub but it doesn't stop bathing, I expect small things because of aging and Hoosiers with no respect for anything staying here tearing it up because they have no brains and don't care. Thank you for putting up with me and my fur babies for a while.

Meighan was absolutely amazing! Our room was wonderful. The only issue we had was the extra security lock was broke so we went down and told her and she offered for us to transfer rooms but she was amazing!!

Megan is an amazing Front desk AGM me n my team work for Accurate Retail Merchandising n we have 3 rooms n we noticed our room don't have microwave r fridge . We spoke to Megan n she understands that we r workers n gonna be here 15 days so she is be kind of enough to move us tomorrow around 3pm to rooms with a fridge and microwave.

My boyfriend and I came in from Chicago and we were looking for a reasonable cozy place to stay and this was the first one that we saw driving thank you for all the hospitality and the cleanliness of the rooms and the customer service it was a great experience

The lady that checked me out was named Yolanda. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and very very sweet!! I would definitely come back to stay. She made everything so simple and smooth and plan on staying here again. I would highly recommend staying here!

Kioja was the best from the time of check in.. I had a issue with the room I was in because the tv was not working correctly and immediately she offered me a room change and apologized for the inconvenience and I got to watch the game!! .. every interaction with her she gave a smile and top tier customer service I will be returning!!!

Had problems with third party app and went thru a whole mess but the GM here has the best attitude and made it relax n feel as if I was right at home. She's definitely got a good pr for this job. 5 stars

Our front desk lady was amazing, she prayed for us. Everyone was nice and the bed felt great, would come here again.

The rooms are always clean, and the women up front are always sweet. Stayed there regularly over the last couple months, Ebony deserves special recognition for exceptional professionalism and service. She was always super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and smiling. This place is fairly priced, clean, in a safe area, and makes you feel at home for what it is.

Yolanda was awesome during check in. She had to move a couple of things around to get us an available room, but overall she did it with a smile. Great job.

Meighan VanAmburgh is/was a complete professional at her job. Such a friendly person! And made me feel welcome at Red Roof Inn. Give this girl a raise for her excellent job performance and top notch customer service skills.

We had a very nice stay here. The room was spacious, clean and offered mini fridge, microwave, and a safe. The staff were quite helpful and pleasant our entire stay. We were there for 4days with 2 large dogs, a mastiff and a pitbull mix, and we had no extra charges for our dogs. The surrounding grounds offered lots of grassy areas to take our dogs potty. Though we were in St Louis City area ( Hampton Ave near Forest Park and the Zoo) we felt safe. There were plenty of food choices near by as well. The room offered a coffee machine, but the office also had a stocked coffee bar, which was awesome! Staff was very kind and always available. Would stay here again!

Absolutely love this place! This is my second time staying here for an extended time period. They have some of the nicest staff and they are quick to handle problems. Obviously you cannot control the other guests here, but the front desk staff will remove troublesome guests from the premises if they are disturbing others.

They are on The Hill and very close to highway access. The St. Louis Zoo, Botanical Garden, most college campuses and a ton of restaurants are very close by.

Check out Robatas (Japanese Ramen), Smoking Barrels (BBQ), and La Crazy Margarita (Mexican). All of them are within 10-15 minutes of a drive to the hotel and excellent family owned restaurants.

I personally love that this place is pet friendly, and doesn't just accept dogs. I have cats and they are always welcome here. I saw a girl here for a few weeks with a ferret and another with a pet pig, so if you are traveling with a pet, they are welcome here for sure.

Kallai, Yolanda, Ebony and Meighan are amazing and will help you at the front desk. Enjoy the free coffee and wifi!

I have had a great stay so far. The shampoo is top quality! My hair is so soft and tangle free from just a conditioning shampoo. Meighan at the front desk went out of her way to help me when my card had issues. They moved me to a bigger room with a fridge and microwave when I asked AND they are pet friendly. They even have a good cup of coffee in the office day and night!

Location was close to everything I needed, they were pet-friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. The room was worth the price.

Staff was polite and professional. Room was clean and our stay was quiet and comfortable. A great hotel at an affordable price. Caught a "Lyft" downtown for around $20.

Megan was the best! The rooms were waaay nicer than we thought, too! Clean, modern and quiet!

I hope this helps people see that value is not always on the surface. The rooms were clean and smelled great helluva job to these housekeeping ladies. Front desk was perfect and friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect walking distance to food. I love it for the value.
