I live in Massachusetts, got the name of the florist from my son who lives in Baltimore to order an arrangement for my daughter in law's birthday - they did an awesome job.

I called in and was able to get a delivery of flowers to my fiancé's work as we are leading up to our wedding. The customer service was so helpful and excellent and the woman I talked to (forgive me, I forget her name) was able to offer suggestions and collaborate with me on the perfect order and they were delivered the next day in a timely fashion. She was a true expert. Such a pleasant experience and brought a lot of joy to me and my fiancé. Thank you again!

We called O'Donnell florist to make the flower arrangements for my father's funeral. The customer service rep was so very helpful and compassionate. We had a color combination in mind that would represent his high school years and his service in the Marine Corp. The arrangements were beyond what we had pictured and were a beautiful tribute to these important times in his life.

First time user. I wanted to send a friend "pick me up" flowers but i didnt know exactly what to send. I called this flower shop and the young lady that answered the phone was so very helpful!!!! I explained to her the situation and she took care of the rest. My friend called me to say how beautiful the flowers were and how grateful she was to have a friend like me!!!! They did an amazing job for a custom funeral spray in the shape of a butterfly for my friends funeral last minute. They were awesome to work with and the butterfly had beautiful details!

Without a doubt the most disappointing arrangement I have ever sent. $63 small arrangement looks like a $20 bunch of flowers picked up at the last minute from a grocery store.
