Had great meal at the IHOP on Airline. The food was fantastic and our server was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly, cheerful, and quite energetic. I didn't catch his name unfortunately, but we were there at around 11 am on Thursday, May 23rd. So whoever you are good sir, thank you for making our experience a great one!

The best breakfast we had the entire time we were on vacation. SO GOOD. My entire table complimented their food. The service was good & the kitchen didn’t take long at all.

Whenever my wife and I stay in Shreveport. The next day we stop to eat at the IhOP on Airline Dr. Our first visit we’re told that we would be seated in a second and 5 minutes later we were told the same thing by another waitres, and around 3 or 4 minutes after that we’re finally seated. Service was not sub standard once seated but first impressions usually dictate whether or not someone would return to dine there.

Second visit started out the same as the first. It was the same waitress that had told us she would seat us in a second and kept walking around the middle doing whatever it is they do in the middle. This time I grabbed 2 menus and my wife and I found our own table. Food And service once seated was impeccable.

This morning we were walking in and was immediately greeted. I expressed to Gabriel that we would like to sit on his side due to bad experiences with the staff on the other side. Gabriel sat us down, came back with drinks, took our order and continually checked on us for the duration of ow visit. Hands down this was absolutely the visit to IHOP. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and service! Remember to tip your server! $49.00 ticket and another $40 for making my meal pleasant.

Today is June 1st 2024 I am a regular customer at IHOP Bossier City,La and I think all the waiters are great there Meka,Michelle, and Sara but the one that particularly stands out I mean the star of any waiter i have ever came across at any restaurant in this world is Gabriel!!!!!! Omg who on this earth can do what he does! First of all I had the best breakfast and coffee and secondly the guy can have a table of 20 with all 20 at the table and can quote everyone breakfast without using a pad I was speechless and that's every table he serves! The guests at the table who Gabriel was taking their orders were just speechless watching him say everyone orders back repeatedly without one freaking mistake and after he repeated their orders back they had to give him a hand clap!!!! 👏🏾 And that just what he does omg just awesome and he's so pleasant! I left him a big tip because he deserve everything good to him. I think all the waiters there are just awesome but with Gabriel IHOP picked a gem!!!

I love this place. Food always delicious. My favorite is the Chicken Fajita Omelette. The salsa is to die for, so fresh and full of flavor. And the Berry Sparkler is my favorite drink. Can't wait to go back!!!

I will ABSOLUTELY be back. Loved the food,service and the employees were very welcoming and attentive. Made sure myself sister and mother were already served while waiting for food. Keep up the good work

IHOP used to be my family little restaurant of heaven but in 2018 after moving from Alaska back to Louisiana the location on Airline Dr. was horrible from the interior to the carpet and the smell and we never went back until Feb 2, 2024. Omg the interior was updated the atmosphere, environment and whole vibe was amazing. Our server was great she didn't talk too much while we were trying to eat and she was so nice to my boys. We will be back and I think we can start our Saturday morning tradition again after 6 years 🤣🤣. Great job guys. I love it😁😁repeat customer over here❤❤

I love this ihop. Even the employees were nice and the atmosphere was good also and the food was GREAT!!! I could come here everyday and still enjoy!

We have been to this IHop twice on our visits to Bossier both time we had Kiyana B as our waitress she is so sweet and attentive the rest of the staff is so nice too! We will definitely make this IHop our go to when we visit Bossier!

Airline Rd in bossier city. Ask for Lynn. Absolutely the best waitress in the world. Friendly, sweet, efficient and will make your kids happy where you can enjoy your meal while kids keep entertained. Even when she is busy.

Food was good just need more people working and fix the place up more it looked rundown

That have gulten free menu items like 🥞 pancakes. I haven't found a breakfast place that serves gulten free pancakes till now. And I can not eat high fructose anything anymore their kactsup is not high fructose. The service is over the top.

Delightfully soft scrambled eggs, floppy bacon, and four non greasy pancakes! An outstanding breakfast!

A great place with a variety in the menu when other restaurants are closed. Well priced, healthy portions, always consider it as the place to go when hungry regardless of day or time.

Oh please let me tell you about our visit with our wonderful waitress Ms Tamika D. Let me start by telling you I have been in the Management/Customer Service/Food Service since I was 17 years old. I am 55 now and I am a stickler for good service, food quality, cleanliness and such. Upon entering the floor was not sticky, always a good sign of the cleanliness of the store, as mopping is usually the last item of the cleaning that we are able to get to. Soon as we approached the counter we were greeted with the most joyous voice and beautiful smile that even made her eyes sparkle. We asked if we could be placed in a back corner somewhere as we knew we would be visiting for a spell. Ms Tamika was able to address and satisfy all of our needs. We needed our coffee urn refilled twice, and Ms Tamika never let it run dry. She would come and top us off and return with a fresh pot. Our good was cooked perfto our needs and the temperature was excellent. Thank you to the kitchen staff for your due diligence. Ms Tamika checked on us just enough to keep us taken care of without being overbearing. This young lady deserves to be recognized for her excellent customer service skills as well as showing a constant state of staying busy and taking care of her side chores as well as her customers. I will be back to this location, but yes I will be calling first to make sure my favorite waitress will be there to wait on me. I am spoilt now and wish to remain that way. I thank you for your time. I have no idea how this iHop location doesn't have higher ratings. The food was incredible and our waitress tonight was one of the best we've ever had. Don't let the low reviews put you off, this place is fabulous.
