Ordered the five for like six dollar thing, it was taking a sec so the lady who was working the drive through offered us two free icys! We paid about 7 dollars for our meal and probably got around double what I paid for.

This location had just a few employees but they did outstanding job during this visit both inside and drive thru! They did that! lol most definitely will eat here again

Guess what Krystal is having a 👍 great deal going ALLLLLL U CAN EAT...YES ALL U CAN EAT for just $7.99 that's awesome for great price... They also got these cards when you want more turn your card over on Green for more food an Red for no more wow that's kool.
So if you are on a budget just dine in an you will see Family time is the best time...

They have better fries now make the meal better and I have a new food item to propose to Krystal it will be a fans favorite

This morning, I had the BEST service experience that I have ever encountered at this location. I came through the drivethru for breakfast. My receipt says Sharon. Ms. Sharon was professional, fast, efficient, and anticipated my needs in the way she prepped my bag with utensils and condiments. Thank you for your service excellence.

I bought breakfast at this Krystal in Fayetteville this morning and received OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and great food! I told them that their customer service was so excellent that it makes me want to come back and received the response, “My pleasure! That’s my job… I want to make you want to come back.” WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Great service! Great food! Thanks Krystal.

I eat here a good bit and the food is normally good, well today I got some chicks and they were not that fresh. I went back and asked for new ones and the ladies there were so so nice!
They apologized like 5 times, gave me a free ice cream with extra whipped cream and an apple pie!
It wasn’t a big deal at all to me, I know everyone gets busy and mistakes happen. But they were super nice!

As I waited to be served my patience paid off. The cashier didn't charge me for an upgrade on a drink and to top it off she upgraded my fries at no extra charge and I didn't even ask. Good service and kudos to the staff. I am pleasantly happy.😊😊😊

What can I say, if you have constipation, come to Krystal, it'll clear that right up. Good old fashioned wet burgers and grease soaking through the bag, that is the mark of a high quality restaurant. Guaranteed to make you visit a toilet in less than an hour, just dont use the bathrooms there, they constantly got somebody blowing it up, they should hire someone full time just to clean up the fecal splatter on the underside of the toilet seat after a customer takes a Krystal Burger induced power dump in those restrooms. Great food, mediocre service, but what do you expect from a corporation who pays their employees peanuts and overworks them?

Service was friendly & fast. Had lunch here around 2pm. Fast food. Hot food. What more do you need?

Sometimes I'm driving around and the Krystal urge just hits me. It's always the same order for my wife and I - 6 Bacon Cheese Krystals and a large fries. It's always hot, it's always good, and it's always fast. And the most important thing; The Bacon Is Always Crisp - nobody else seems to be able to figure out how important that is.
The truly important thing, though, is that in all the years one thing has been consistent every single time - the employees are always very friendly. "Not surly" is all I ever ask for, I'm happy when I get pleasant, but these folks are always genuinely friendly.
(I've never actually been in the restaurant, I've always used the drive-thru. So I can't comment on the inside.)

Love these guys!! They always have excellent customer service and they are cheerful and upbeat. Their breakfast sausage bowl is excellent. Love it. Their coffee is good too. I highly recommend it.

I find that the employees are always friendly here, however today KEANNA really stood out! She ran the drive through. Her voice was motivated, she had energy, and was polite and professional. She took pride in her work and I appreciate that.

The Krystal on jonesboro rd. Is amazing, the young man who took my order was very polite and professional, he seemed welled trained to acknowledge his customers, I haven't seen customer service at it's best in a while. Thanks young man keep up the good work you made me feel very special. 😊

ok, I just have to say it: sometimes you just have to have a Krystal! Today was exceptional: hot, fresh fries and burgers prepared to perfection! Deliciously satisfying for a craving! The employee I dealt with was pleasant and professional, as well. Good job!

I love there food, there french fries are almost perfect but there hamburgers is delicious what ever you do, don't add Ketchup to the hamburger, you monster.

I take back what I said about Krystal’s inciting public violence. Super quick, friendly service, and the food was hot. This may well be the only Krystal’s in existence where you won’t leave wanting to mangle up the staff. My only negative was as soon as I walked in, I was hit by the strong odor of what smelled like raw sewage. And this isn’t the first Krystal’s this has occurred at. In fact, all three I frequent smell this way. Maybe it has something to do with these gut bombs and their ability to speed right through your digestive tract, and the proximity of the bathrooms. Who knows. When I want a Krystal’s burger, I’ll drive here and probably save time in comparison to the one within two miles of my crib. Not to mention I’ll be less likely to be imprisoned for felonies.

I'm a frequent flyer at the drive through here. Employees are always extra sweet and fast, the order is always right, and food is always good! They keep the inside nice and clean here too!
