I'm thoroughly amused by the 3.9 average score here every time I visit. The customer service is top-notch, earning this Arby's an A+ in my book. Special shoutout to Marleiha for her incredible patience with my order! This is, without a doubt, my favorite Arby's in town. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had two beef and cheese sauce, sliders with curly fries and Arby sauce. Really quick fast service. Food was hot and made just the way I ordered it. Alicia Brodie was my server, Great customer service!

The staff was very friendly. A manager went around to all the tables and checked on everyone. Our food was hot and fresh and our order was correct. All the tables, drink station, and the restroom were clean and well stocked. I would definitely stop here again.

We actually enjoyed the Arby's food we didn't dine in which we had takeout but the customer service I don't know the manager's name but he was a young man and he was very friendly very nice and helped us with our order

I know the industry has been hit hard by the lack of quality employees that apply and retain. Tonight was a trying day and was feeling defeated. Decided what the hell the 2 for $7 Beef and Cheddars looked good. I was greeted immediately by the shift manager named Sean with a smile nonetheless. He must of sensed my day wasn’t well and threw in a small fry for me. That little gesture turned my day around. Thank you for that Sean! I’d hire you for my business any day! Great job! Oh and to the crew as well.

Absolutely amazing, was about to leave and forgot a bag of food an employee ran out almost near the street to give us the forgotten bag

Good food and the friendliest staff I encountered at any fast food restaurant in the area.

My order is always made to order, and it is hot. However, this is one of my favorite fast food place to eat but I went there on 7/25/2023. I haven't been a while because we the last time I went I got extreme food poisoning and was sick throwing up for two days. I tried it again and the food was good however, when I got home I realized that the lady who took my payment did not return my card to me. I do not believe this was done on purpose. Once I realized this I immediately deactivated my debit card so my card couldn't be used. No transactions have been made which is a good thing. However, I will be extremely more cautious when paying at places with my card. I am going to set up and easier way to pay. I do think they need to bring back there potato cakes.

Employees were respectful, and the service was great.

I appreciate that their menu offers more than the typical fare offered at other fast food places. The market fresh sandwiches and wraps are my favorite not to mention sometimes the curly fries are reason enough to take a trip to Arby's.

New French fries are excellent. About time this chain woke up and got real with the fries. I'm positive it will increase their business. Had the beef and cheddar, but think I will stick with the plain roast beef. Service was fast and courteous at this location

I have gone to this Arby's several times to get food with my girlfriend for us, and her grandparents. They have never done us wrong!

The food is what I have come to expect from Arby's. Hearty and delicious! Their Roast Beef Sandwiches are always excellent, and their Shakes are top-notch! They also have these new Sweet Potato fries that I absolutely love, if you are a fan of Sweet Potato fries, give them a try for sure!

They always get our order correct, are kind, and usually quite quick! If you are hungering for THE MEATS, this Arby's is a great place to go!

I purchased the number 9 turkey club meal. The sandwich was neatly made and sliced in half. The sandwiches along with the curly fries were fresh and tasty. I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich for my wife and we shared a Dr. Pepper to refresh our taste buds.

A week or so ago I went there craving an Orange Cream shake. When I pulled up to order they said the summer shake is gone... Do I ordered a Jamocia instead. When I got to the window, the wonderful woman at the register said that she would make me the very last Orange shake! I had to wait for a few minutes, and so did the people behind me, but I didn't care. I left there with an ear to ear smile! Thank you for making my evening great!

Was great as we entered very clean and friendly employees. My food was hot and delicious and my wait time was speedy . It's my daughter birthday and the cashier and guy pulling orders so that it was her day and made her feel special. Thanks for the great experience !
