Publix Super Market at Fayette Pavilion

I walked up to the glass counter to inquire about their crab legs and Olivia did not address me once. I stood there for at least 3 minutes before I decided to walk away. I worked customer service for over 10 years and have never not addressed a potential customer. I understand it’s 9am, but there’s absolutely no excuse..

Location still gets 5 stars because I’ve never had a bad experience! Dee at self checkout was amazing! I didn’t even use self checkout and as we were walking in, she greeted us.

Adyany checked us out at her register and she was super sweet!!!

I'm only giving five stars because of Mr. Ev and Mrs. Kendra they are so amazing and we appreciate there customer service. Mrs. Kendra said she was new well I hope to see her more often. When it comes to this Publix. Mr. Ev and Mrs Kendra really makes this store look good thank you again to them both. They made my experience at this location great and they went up and beyond to help us. They deserve a raise and I hope you appreciate the both of them

They have the best Sub sandwiches, workers are usually friendly, and they have great fruit!!

The pharmacy personnel were awesome! I had to get critical medication while I was visiting family out of state & they worked with my insurance company to get my prescriptions transferred & my PA state insurance coverage applied. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I always had a nice, considerate & friendly conversation with the pharmacy. A special shout out to Aubrey as she was absolutely outstanding & such a sweet lady! Thanks to all of you for making a difficult situation stress free (unlike Walmart)!

The bakery at this location is top tier. They created the most beautiful 50th birthday cake for me that was a huge hit at my party. If you are looking for top tier and delicious you will not be disappointed ask for Kendra, her and the bakery crew were amazing. Thanks you for everything you guys rock!

They have the best sushi. I only come here for sushi and the person who prepared it is so nice.

Great place to get a cake! The lady serving us was super nice. The small chocolate cake we got was very tasty and I’d say it was priced good. We also got chocolate strawberries which were very tasty and had a nice crunch to them.

Came here to pick up customer vehicle customer was doing groceries, their vehicle cut off in the parking lot . I picked up the customer's vehicle and dropped it off at his home . The customer recommended that I get some bread from there as it's worth trying. I also tried after his recommendation was definitely worth it, and the staff was very helpful and friendly .

Publix is great the store is clean well lit ,the employees are friendly nice and when they see you always say hello it feels good to visit Publix and to know you are always welcome , thanks Publix my family and I will always shop at your store

Just discovered these at Publix...new individual size Welch's Sparkling Red and White Grape Juice in a 4-pack, along with our favorite delicious Welch's Orange-Pineapple in a 6-pack.

Publix did an EXCELLENT job on this cake!
It was for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday, and I placed the order over the phone. I appreciate the time and attention to detail put into this cake, she loved it and so did everyone else!!

Kamrey in the produce department was so very helpful! I was looking for Enokia mushroom seed.
Publix didn’t have it in stock.

Great experience, as always! Clean store and well stocked shelves. Today, a manager looked down the aisle and saw that I was searching for an item. He asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he not only told me which aisle to find it, but he took me to it! Excellent customer service!! This cut down my time in the store. Then the cashier was great! This is why I keep coming back! Well done at a time when other businesses are slacking in customer service and cleanliness.

What's not to love? It's Fayetteville and it's Publix. Great location and great shopping experience as always at Publix. Always an in and out.

First time going to this Publix and I must say it was a very pleasant experience for, I went to the deli hot bar to get me some food, which is very good. Then I bought myself some groceries and was checked out by a very nice Publix employee.

Wow! Just going into this supermarket was like going to a theme park or an exhibition hall/center. I really enjoyed being there. That's all!
