McDonald's

The McDonald's drive through experience is nothing special, however, the employees were very respectful and nice, doing everything they could despite being busy and having someone order, only to drive away before paying which messed up the orders. They were able to keep it moving seamlessly. But, when we got home and popped open the chicken nuggets. They had them freaking organized. I don't know who's working the grill, but they deserve a raise. Great job guys!

i’m honestly not sure which mcdonald’s i went to in fayetteville but a young employee with blonde locs named javelle (or jamel?) was very sweet to me and my family of women after a rough day. provided excellent customer service and attended to our needs. also fries were very salty and yum 😋

So I am changing my review from 1 star to 5. They have definitely gotten new management and this woman definitely cares. I am very satisfied with watching her work hard to make sure things are running smoothly and fixing issues. Also the employees there now seem to care and are nice. I really appreciate the professionalism there now.

The people were very courteous and professional, but at noon, it seemed like they stop taking orders for 20 minutes. It was probably more like 5, but I had an appointment and it was cutting it close. Great personalities more than made up for the delay, and really no telling why it happened. In business, things happen that can't be helped.

I was pleasantly surprised when I came to McDonalds today. I don’t necessarily expect customer service from McDonalds in general or an over the top experience, but I will say Genesis was a very bubbly, professional employee working in the drive through window. She was quick and efficient with the ordering process, she was knowledgeable of the menu , and had a great attitude. I think many employees could learn from her approach. She did great and was probably the best McDonald’s employee I’ve ever encountered. Great job Genesis!

The entire team at this McDonald's location do their very best for customer satisfaction. The effort they put in for customer friendliness, satisfaction, and cleanliness is superb.

Visited this location after a long day of errands. When I arrived they were closed for cleaning. Upon expressing to the manager that I was hungry. She was compassionate enough to prepare food for me. I am truly grateful. Thank you Ms. Williams.

Great folks. I do believe they are short staffed because the ownership doesn't want to pay a living wage (and that's coming from a Republican). It just makes business sense. Pay your folks enough where they want to stay on and they want to come in. I'm not exaggerating that it took over 30 minutes to get our order but when I brought it to the manager's attention they immediately fixed our mail and got us back on the road

Really great if you have toddlers 3 and under. The play center is geared for them with a new restroom with a changing stations.

Alvin was so sweet! This is my favorite location to visit, I always get hot food + friendly service — shout out to the 3rd shift / night shift crew for being on top of it! :)

It's probably the only coffee that I can drink without any sweeteners. I always ask for a large with about seven creams, and they seem to get it right every time at the Fayetteville location.

I love this McDs. It is quiet. Has bar seating for those eating alone and a inside play area-separated from the rest of the restaurant by a glass enclosure. There's more seating by the bathrooms...again quiet. I haven't used the bathrooms...so no comment about them. This is a great place for s quick, quiet meal.

Was out of town stopping by and was glad I did! Hot food! All of it! Honestly I have been weighing to ever go to another McDonalds because I usually get warm food. Not suppose to be that way! They need to go back to their secret shoppers. They will find out!

Best McDonalds I've ever been to.

Food was made to my exact specifications and my cashier went as far as putting on gloves and showing me the two different versions of the toppings they had before placing either one on my order.

I like this McDonalds better. Near ingles, not that crowded get in and out.

But the fries were great like McDonald's used to and they even filled the large fries box up
