The Krystal’s were amazing. I could eat them all day. That jordan man is so cute omg. Everyone is so nice and know what they’re doing. Great management. Kind and thoughtful. Would 100% recommend going. Can’t wait to go back.

Never had a problem with this Krystal and been going there for over 8 years. Service and food is great. Very nice people there.

Today is Wednesday March 13 2024.
I arrived around 3:30ish and ordered the Krystal combo number 1 and I had a special request, no onions or pickles, add ketchup. And also had to get my chili pup with no cheese and add mustard.
Most places (when you ask for an additional condiment) will slather it on like there is no tomorrow.. I'm talking apocalyptic gooshing on there. So much so, that it is not edible.
NOT TODAY BY GOLLY!
My Krystals were absolutely perfect! They were hot, fresh, and the perfect proportion of mustard and ketchup. My tots were fresh out of the fryer and seasoned perfectly. Chili pups were ON POINT! And as an added bonus I got an apple pie and it was one of the best food chain desserts I've ever had. I'm seriously thinking about going back tomorrow just to get a sack full of pies!
I want to give an extra special thanks to the crew that was working this afternoon. The General Manager Kristin, working the window was Robert, the cooks and other staff Rachel, Sierra, and Torre. I got to talk to Kristin, Robert, and Rachel for a moment while waiting for my order to come out and they were the kindest food service workers I've had the pleasure of talking to in a LONG time. I had to go back to the window after I ate my dinner to personally thank them all for a job well done.
If you're a fan of Krystal, or if you have had a bad experience at another Krystal in the past, go to this location and give them a try. I promise you will not be disappointed. I truly felt like I was part of a family for those few brief moments that i was there.
I'm not one to take pictures of my food before I eat like a lot of people do, so I'll apologize here for the lack of pictures, but try this... have your phone read my description above to you and close your eyes and let your imagination run wild while you think about those hot, steamed bun, krystals.... those tater tots that were fresh, hot, perfectly mealy on the inside with just a hint of crunch on the outside... and then on to that chili pup, perfectly steamed bun, that slight hint of spicy in the chili that makes your tongue want to slap your forehead, with that little drizzle of mustard calling out your name... and, oh my Lord, that apple pie,

Rachel was so great! We were the last order of the night before closing and she was so kind. A+ service!!!!

Went thru drive thru and the food was very fresh and hot. The gentleman working the window was ver polite. No complaits!

Really great place to eat. We stopped by as we were traveling through. Took a little time to get the food, but it was hot and probably the best Krystalwe have eaten in a long time. Would go back if we’re in the area. We got cheese Krystal’s, tots, and apple pies.

Their wings are so good! And their chili dogs! We have never waited long and the staff is always so friendly. We usually use the drive thru but the business looks like it's kept clean inside and definitely the outside areas.

I don't get to eat Krystals very often but I went through the drive thru today and was pleasantly surprised. The girl working the drive thru was very pleasant and the Krystals were like the original ones that I had when I was a child. And they had an inspection of 100% .

I was at the store tonight when a black lady was cussing your employees, she told them they were white trash. Her behavior was completely uncalled for, the guy in drive thru was awesome, and the others were also. I told them I was going to leave you guys a review and tell y'all they did absolutely nothing wrong with this lady was just acting rude. My food was hot and delicious.i come through often and will continue to. Thank you for great experience

We went through the drive-through and the person. Work in the window was very polite and customer friendly. This is the first time we had ever tried this restaurant and found that the chicken was phenomenal. Highly recommend eating at these restaurants.

Wow, this is my favorite place to eat I can't get enough of the Burgers and the fries were just as good.

The food was hot. This concept is elusive in alot of other places.

What impressed me the most was the lady who was the cashier was friendly. The dining area was clean. When leaving the store, another lady told me thank you.

The service was very good. It was relaxing after a long day.

They were closing as I tried to beat the buzzer
Instead of turning me away they told me what had cooked and available and I turned my menu selections out from that.
So glad let me slide in.
First time I had been out of house in months due to paralyzed and happened to be on way to Cartersville hospital at the moment.
So thankful

Got 2 orders of chili cheese fries 🍟 🧀 🍲 , This location actually filled up the container and doesn't cheat you on portion size like other locations. 😁👍🏿

My lady and I stopped here cravin’ some Krystal’s and Chics, the food was really good, the people were extremely friendly and even brought out food to the table! The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, the front counter was clean and condiments stocked, we were very impressed with this Krystal’s, we will definitely be coming back anytime we come thru Cartersville. Thanks guys!

Ummmmm this Kristal’s was above and beyond. Food was fresh! The employees were awesome and even brought out food out to us. The employees were so personable! I will be back. Fabulous job !!

The food was good but the service was very slow. I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. There was ONE car in front of me.
Also, they were out of cheese. Cheese! I get running low, but they could get cheese at any grocery store.

Then, I couldn't get out of the parking lot because it was blocked by cars waiting in line.
Overall, the food took too long, they were out of cheese, then I couldn't leave. But the food was good.

Very pleasant dine in experience!! Fast efficient customer service with very friendly associates. Food was cooked to order and was hot, fresh and tasty. Nice clean dining area and clean restroom.

Every single night shift only,, They took 45 min just to get 5 Krystal. They font take your order until they have fully completed the person's order in front of you. I think this is because the need help desperately and better time management. The food was good and order was correct

I love Krystal. If I have one thing bad to say about it, it would be the speed of service. However I can't even say that this time, because of their lack of help they were as fast as they could be. So I can't say anything bad about this. They did the best that they could with what they had and I appreciate every bit of that. The food was great as always. I'll definitely be back.
