Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Andrea was awesome for our large party of about 15. Her customer service was outstanding! So prompt in getting our food out to each guest. The chicken club was delicious. Thank you for a smooth, clean, great lunch with coworkers. CFBC

We ordered the California steak burger with fries and a Hawaiian sundae. Everything was delicious! Not one complaint about the food. We sprinkled the fries with seasoning and dipped in the spicy jalapeño sauce and the regular sauce and ate the sundae with our food. It was yummy. The only complaint was it’s a little pricey but we will definitely be back!

03/30/24: Excellent service at both, the register and attentive cooks that could do more than build but are cooks. 10/15/22: Inside. Ordered Double Cheese No Bun, No Onion, No Salt; Add Lettuce and Tomato; got Onion and No lettuce. Ordered second regular double cheese burger with everything, add tomato, onion, No lettuce. Got Lettuce. Compared to Barrett Parkway the Fry orders were very small, barely warm and cold by third bite. Same at both locations. You can operate a freezer for a dinning area and have warm food. Was clean. Took pictures as usual. Note the tiny size of tomato. Prior: +/- 12:15PM. Only one in drive through. Ordered a double cheese Burger with NO bun and No Salt and second cheese Burger with No salt through the drive through. Told him 3 times No bun, No Salt. Picked up the full order of burgers, fries and drinks (_20+ $$), drove off and when digging out the burger boxes we had two burgers WITH buns. That means they probably ignored the No Salt request as well. Both Health Issues, Celiac and Heart Failure. I had told him 3 times No bun because she is long term Celiac and No Salt. 2nd trip here in 18 months, mistake. Big sign out front telling dining room is open. Sign on door at handicap parking listing reduced hours open. Pulled on door, locked of course. IQ"s of a Shoebox from franchise owner down.

With new management and new employees they've really turned things around - Avery is an amazing manager. The place is so much cleaner than it used to be, the new employees seem happy, and the food - as always - is excellent. Can't recommend enough.

Really good food, service, clean, friendly place. Much better than you get from other fast food places, most of the time. Good job Freddy’s

My husband and I decided to have dinner at Freddy’s today at the Cartersville location. We typically order the same thing every time we go which is a #4 patty melt combo w/chili cheese fry's. On this particular day “Big kudos to one of the employees by the name of Andrea” for taking care of us when another customer accidentally took our order from the counter. She was so nice, and apologetic for what happened and made sure to expedite our order to minimize us waiting even longer. Once completed she even brought it over to the table again apologizing. This made all the difference in our overall experience with Freddy’s and we’ll definitely be returning.

Great old fashion hamburgers, coming to Freddy's kind of gives you the sensation of stepping back into time their food is off the chain. I tried their new triple steak burger it is a large meal within itself

Had the #1 meal. That was the best burger I have had in a while. The onion rings were good and everything still hot. Service was friendly and very efficient from ordering to pick up.

Came to eat with my grandson Tuesday evening (12/5) and I accidentally left my wallet there. The manager held it for me til the next day. He even tried to find how to contact me to return it! Customer service and food was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Went through the drive thru to get a burger combo. The burger tasted so good, for real. I was thinking about it for almost a week straight, and it wasn't even my burger. I took a bite of my partner's and was impressed. Will definitely go back.

Always a good meal, excellent customer service and a clean environment. Kelly always smiles and is efficient at the counter.

First time eating at Freddy’s! Great presentation, great tasting food and shake! Absolutely love that the hot burn isn’t a normal bun! 🤤 would recommend. Service is great and everyone is friendly!!

Excellent! Food was hot and fresh. I had one of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had at this location, crispy edges on the patties were perfect. And the shake was great as well.

Had been driving all day... the little stop before this had no open restaurants at 8 pm... traveling with 2 kids and a dog, you need to eat... thank God for Freddy's... they were perfect.. great food and excellent sweet service

First of all, the manager named Andrea was very good to our family! Such a clean environment and even though they were training new staff, Andrea was a big help. Say "hello" to her and tell her "The Startups" had a great time with the delicious food and service!
