Budgetel Inn & Suites Columbus

If you're not from around Columbus I suggest another place, if not a alternative location completely, unless you have no problem with diversity and a bunch of different types of people staying there, I happen to enjoy diversity and seem to manage well when or if I ever stop by and visit with friends. But if I didn't know people it would really not be a place I'd be just to stay or hangout. It's actually pretty nice now it's been painted and the place is lit up all the way at night so it not a scary place that is a major improvement..if your in a bind you can't beat the weekly specials.

Well first thing first what's the point of a security fence if it doesn't work to secure anything inside it? My neighbor complained about rat infestation and bedbugs. Idk but if anything could spruce things up a little maybe a continental breakfast or a before dinner snack. It was just a thought to keep customers coming back for less, I mean more.

I appreciate having a nice place to rest after a long day! Tonica and Dot make sure my place is always clean. The Inn is well managed and the ladies at the front desk,
( Tanya and Ki'a) are two of the most amazing ladies you could possibly have to ensure the best customer service for your guests! I recommend staying here. I also like having security and gated parking.

While a little outdated currently they are quickly improving the hotel. Security at night was on top of things and friendly. The maids were by far the best I've seen in any hotel they go above and beyond what is required of them. They would anticipate my needs before I even had to ask and always treated me nice and respectfully. The front desk always did what they could to improve my experience and looked after myself and my workers. After a couple of days they knew my name and who was with me and then stayed in communication with myself for any problems that they had with us. I would very gladly stay here again for a extended period do not judge this hotel by its location or looks like I did at first it is excellent.

This place is perfect for a single male with no children. I've been here three times and never disappointed. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The only drawback at Budgetel Inn is that you can't be a full-time resident. Hopefully in the near future, they can accommodate.

This my second time staying at this location. I was not impressed the place noisy, garbage was over flowing,and there were too many invited guests on the property.
I am quite impressed with the customer service that is demonstrated by Ms Bryanna and Mr. Travaris . These two employees have professional and courteous behavior insuring that all that we have requested and other guest is fulfilled. In addition,these employees are committed to keep the property and the guest safe by ensuring that people who are not suppose to be on the property and permitted on the property.This shows that company rules and regulations are implented consistently.

My husband and I stay here, we do more then just stay we have lived here since April 2019, due to the fact we had a tree fall on our apartment. Since we have been here it has been good also there is on site security which is a great thing, don't judge a book by its cover let me just say that.ive had nothing but good things since I have stayed here the employees are good to me and my husband they treat me more then just a room they treat us like people, I'm lucky to say I have met some nice people here at the budgetel. PS. The front desk Ms.kristy is awesome!!! AnD housekeeping is on point

Ki'a is Amazing. The quality of service provided by Her and the entire Budgetel on Victory drive team is remarkable. Rapid response to guest situations is Outstanding to the degree that no issue has time to evolve into a problem. The price combined with the great customer service is superb. Ki'a dedication and professionalism is remarkable.

Stayed here while we visited family and were very glad we did. Everyone was friendly and the beds and rooms were clean. Thanks Wendy for making us feel welcome. =)

Room should come with a blunt, full body armor and 9mm pistol. Definitely not a family environment unless you're referring to your GD

We have been staying here a while. We have been having a problem with our water in the shower, it's been SCALDING HOT but today Shawn our maintenance man came in and hooked us up! NO MORE HOT WATER YAY!!!!!!!

There was a young man that works at the front desk named Zyrese, he was very respectful an helpful to my needs, I think he has a bright future working for Budgetel .

Hidden gem in southern Columbus. I work out of town all the time. If your looking for a good cheap weekly rate hotel your not going to beat this one! It has its issues but for the price you won't find a better price for what you get in the area!

I just want to thank Ms Kia and Ms wendy for the stay on the property with me and my kids and the housekeeper are excellent they keep it neat and clean they are very respectful they make you feel welcome at budgetel thanks to all the staff and the maintenance at budgetel

They have a Security Guard that is AWSOME.
They have gotten rid of ppl that have been unruly. Some rooms have kitchenettes where u can cook ur food. They have cleaned it up a lot.

Pros:No bedbugs (in my room), full size fridge, microwave, clean comfy bed, quiet nights, flat screen tv, wifi, hot water, gated entrance, allows pets
Cons:no coffee maker

The rooms were clean, the lobby smelled nice, the staff were great. I had an awesome experience.

Very good consumer service , people are nice. Rooms are nice .cant ask for more for the price.Oh free WiFi also and breakfast very good room service
