We contacted CNY Home Improvements about remodeling our master bath shower area. We originally had a small shower and a tub. Mitch, the salesman, suggested we convert the tub area to a full sized shower, and convert the original shower to a closet/storage area. The job they did was fantastic. We are very pleased with the result and never imagined it would look so nice. The salesman, staff, project manager, and installers were all very professional, friendly, and helpful thru the entire project.

I had mold issues in my kitchen and once the remediation company got rid of the mold... I was in search of a kitchen remodel company for a fixed budget and boy am I glad I found Mitch at CNY Home Improvements! From the second we spoke I knew he had my best interest at hand. I am retired and on a fixed income and Mitch really worked with that and listened to my concers. They worked a payment plan that felt safe throughout the progression of the project. B the lead carpenter was on time, fast, and did such a professional job. My budget was high 20s and Mitch worked with that and fit to my budget. 10/10 call them for any of your projects!

CNY Home Renovations remodeled our three bathrooms, added a closet and laid flooring in our entire home. We were very very happy with their work. B was very professional, and did great work. After this Ray and his team of professional and experienced associates, designed 2 beautiful bathrooms and a laundry room remodel!! The work done by B is gorgeous and I have a house I can show off for years to come. Ray is honest, trustworthy, professional, and experienced. I would not trust anyone else to do anything In my home other than CNY!!!

Excellent Excellent work! CNY recently redid one of our bathrooms and we could not be happier! Everything from the design team to the demo to the construction was awesome! Gina the designer will help you pick the perfect room and her designs are amazing! (she’s also so sweet)! Ray the contractor is dependable and always answered our calls and eased any worries we may have had. Bee the installer is an artist and a master! As is Mike, they are both perfectionists for sure! They do it all! I’ve never seen anyone work as hard as they did! They never missed a day and the end result is stunning. We have now used them for a kitchen , a bath and a complete condo remodel, All have surpassed our expectations! We are starting another bathroom with them very soon! Hire with confidence! You won’t be disappointed!

CNY Home Improvements was the contractor for our kitchen remodel recently, and despite numerous challenges related to COVID, supply-chain snags, and sub-contractor delays, they fulfilled all our expectations for a beautifully integrated, updated space.

Mike, one of CNY’s installers, was on the job every day, handling all aspects of the project from demolition to re-building, tiling, painting, carpentry, and finishing work. He’s personable, experienced, productive, and an excellent problem-solver; in other words, the sort of professional you want working on your remodel.

Living in your home during a construction project can be complicated and uncomfortable, but CNY made it as painless as possible for us. They wanted us to be happy with our new kitchen—and we most certainly are! Thank you, CNY.

Ray, Gina, Mike and the rest of the cast met the challenge of our kitchen remodel. They ALWAYS returned our calls and kept us updated. From running the new electric through our log walls, designing the stove downdraft on the fly, modifying the banquette as it was being built, to changing out the backsplash material mid-stream, they just kept delivering. The result was an amazing showcase. Even my exacting expectations were exceeded. My wife? She loves it. “It’s the kitchen of my dreams”. In fact, she’s already talked to Ray about the next project.
