Phenomenal experience!!! Got the car I wanted in a timely manner. Checked to see if the vehicle had problems, found a couple and they fixed it in less that 1 day. The car drives smooth and has all of the new modern day features. I would recommend this place to everyone. Stanley was beyond perfect. He explained all of the details of the signed documents and took his time out to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I had a great experience with Drivetime.

My experience at Drive Time was everything. My Customer experience guide (Justin Polk) helped me out in so many ways. Not only did he help my wife & I feel comfortable in doing business with him but he was also very knowledgeable about vehicles which can help us out moving forward. I definitely plan on doing more business with Justin & Drive Time in the future.

The whole process was super easy. I went there after noticing an Elantra online. My daughter had been wanting one, so I went to check it out. Brandon was extremely nice and laid-back, and I felt no pressure. They did push for the extra warranty, however, so I caved and purchased that as well. I left with the car in about two hours. They even called to check on us to make sure everything was running smoothly. I'd recommend to anyone who needs a car and wants someone who is very friendly and easy to work with.

Justin did a fantastic job helping finish the car buying deal along with Devin as well. They treated me so well and wouldn’t allow anything to stop me from buying the vehicle I needed. Thanks a bunch DriveTime for making sure I had somewhere to go for my transportation needs. I no longer need transportation services to take me anywhere now. I can take myself to my appointment now thanks to DriveTime St Louis off Pershall rd. Justin built rapport in the short time we spent together Devin capped it off with making sure the deal was perfect for what I needed. 10 stars of I could. Thanks again!!!!

The salesman Justin at the St Louis location on Pershall was awesome. He took the time to listen to what I wanted in the vehicle I wanted and got me into exactly that. Stanley Rice is the best. He is very patient and understanding and really breaks the process down so that you can actually understand instead of fast taking and running games on you. I highly recommend him to anyone he makes you feel right at home.

Devin and Justin was great with the sale of the vehicle. The process was very smooth. Overall were satisfied with the customer service, however the building was very cold and not even any hot coffee or hot chocolate to help warm you up.

I was very surprised just how expedited the process was. I didnt think i could get approved for anything because of my credit, but I was! My associate Eusebio was friendly but to the point which i like. All in all i had a great experience (so far, i JUST signed the papers) and would do it again.

Nice selection of vehicles, the process was seamless and straightforward. Ended up getting a car that I didn’t plan on looking at with lower miles and newer. I’m happy overall with my purchase, the salesperson Justin was great and finance was very friendly. Would recommend.
