Sunset Cabinetry

We hired Sunset Cabinetry to replace our counter tops as a contractor we were using recommended them. We spent over $2300 on the countertops and for us that took a while to save. We were very much looking forward to having our new kitchen. The owner Rick ensured us there would be no seams in our countertop. We actually paid extra for that. Our bar area came with a seam and it is now splitting and buckling. It's not even four months old. We tried to call Rick several times. He was to build a cabinet door for us so we were going to show him the issue when he delivered the door. On three ocassions he said he was coming the next week with the door and did not show. He set days and times for when he would be there. I've never been so confused or disappointed in a company. We saved for our dream kitchen for months and months and this is what we get to look at now for years to come. He won't return calls. I believe the issue is with the company where he orders the countertops. He should have them fix it but he won't even call us or come by. He basically cashed our check and ran. I would not use this company.
