Turner Ace Hardware

We're not really the handiest of people, and these guys always jump right in to help us as soon as we walk in the door. Yesterday we didn't even have to enter the store before one of the employees came over to look at what we needed for our car and then headed right to the tool we needed and brought it out to make sure it fit for us. It's been our experience with them every time we've come by this past year. Great customer service and knowledge. 🙏🏾

The friendliest service in town. An associate in the paint dept saw me walking by with a can of primer and asked if he could shake the can for me. Totally unexpected and very appreciated!

My local hardware store. Good luck getting through the door without someone asking you if they can help. They carry great stuff and can help you get set up. The garden section is rad. I buy all of my grill supplies here as well.

For an Ace Hardware store they had a lot of stuff. They even had spices sauces and art for sale. I never seen a hardware store like that. And the service was very friendly

Almost every time I go in, I am greeted and helped with locating what I need. For me it saves a trip to Home Depot and Lowe’s where no one helps you.

I’ve been to many Ace Hardware locations across Florida. This one is my favorite. I had a complex project that I needed to do. I walked in and asked for help. What I got instead was a friend who helped me brainstorm and walk up and down the isles to help me find everything I needed. This is unheard of in every other hardware or big box store. I was able to get what I needed and some good advice as well. Will come again when I’m in town again.

Went in for part got that and also, because of Lisa's, in Garden Center, because of product knowledge and Customer Service skills I got 6 really nice plants !
She made sure that the entire experience was 100 %, even by helping load my plants!

A good Ace Hardware with plenty of stock, helpful associates, and they also fill propane tanks on-site.

Very knowledgably and helpful. Modern day shopping experience with old school customer service. If I can find it at Ace in St Aug they are getting my business, they really know how to treat their customers. Store manager Laura is a great leader.

Friendly staff. Never disappoints

I arrived half an hour before closing, looking for some ant poison. I was greeted upon entering by a friendly young lady who asked if there was anything she could help me find. I don't think I've ever been to this hardware store before, and not knowing my way around, I said sure. She led the way to the pest control aisle, pointed out a few products, and left me to browse.

The prices were a little lower than I expected. The store was very clean, and well staffed. I must have seen 5 employees, and it's a pretty small store. The building was an Eckerd's farthest back that I can remember, and a CVS after that. It's a nice little hardware store, and I'll definitely stop in again.

My husband was looking for chainsaw things and the gentleman that helped him made sure he had the right parts took a few minutes but we had what we needed. I talk to another person looking for chalkboard paint he had no clue and told me to go to a craft store. I found the paint myself. I walked over and showed him I had found it. He just said oh didn't know that's what you wanted. He needs to go help instead of saying we don't have it. Overall we got everything we went for. Thanks Turner Ace

This is where I always get my potting soil, seeds and any other gardening things I may need. The guy in the garden department is awesome! He helped me out when I first went and now I know exactly what to get when I go. When I have any questions about products or gardening he has always been able to help me. He is honest and has a variety of knowledge on gardening and what products to use for what. I wouldnt go anywhere else. :)

If you need paint help, go see Landon. He was extremely knowledgeable about not only the products, but also helped me choose a color that would match the cabinets and flooring in my kitchen. When I say color, I mean the perfect tone, to bring out the yellow in my pine cabinets, not just a basis color. Also helped us choose a more expensive paint that in the end saved us money because we didn't have to buy a primer. Very helpful over all and I never felt like just a sale.
