I am an artist at Sterling Gallery, and have been looking for a place to frame my art.
I went in to First Impressions and was very impressed. Patty and her husband Egon showed me everything they had to offer. I was very comfortable because there was no hard sell. They have on the second floor all discounted frames. And the first floor all custom frames. They even showed me left over frames to be cut that would be perfect for what I was framing .And this made it very inexpensive.The framer is very talented at his craft.He also is an amazing artist exhibiting his art on the second floor. Don't miss it. I truly enjoyed my total experience. It was a pleasure working with them. I am recommending them to all my friends. I'm so glad I found such professional people.

I had a wonderful experience at First Impressions Fine Art & Framing. The staff was knowledgeable & helped me choose a frame that was perfect for my large picture.
The piece was completed in a few days & the workmanship was excellent. The gallery owner provided me with the name of a pleasant & reasonably priced courier to deliver this large piece safely to my home.

For my recent birthday, my son gifted me with a gorgeous original signed print by an artist friend. I knew I wanted a nice frame for it, but having recently moved to the area, wasn't sure where to take it, so went to Dr. Google and asked for "frame shops near me" and found First Impressions to be the closest. After reading a few positive reviews, I took my print in and Theresa was very helpful with choosing the right frame, mats and glass for the job. Picked it up today and am very happy with the job they did. I highly recommend their services!

We needed a custom frame for a very large piece and a glass replaced on a photograph that had been damaged in our recent move. Patti was extremely patient and helpful with us, making sound suggestions but never pushy...as we sought the perfect frame for the painting to coordinate with our family room decor. We were able to search through the extensive on-site inventory as well as custom ordered framing materials to find exactly what we needed. The job was done perfectly within our budget and quick turnaround as we had company visiting in a few weeks. Very satisfied and highly recommend First Impressions Fine Art Gallery.

Better frame (selection and final result), workmanship, service, and overall experience than the big box store for the same money. I love the way my piece turned out thanks to the knowledgeable and experienced guidance I received here. An acquaintance had told me what a good job they had done for him, some time ago. After reading their reviews I decided to take my pictures there and I was very pleased with the personalized and very knowledgeable attention we received from Patty. She exactly understood what we very looking for and went through several options with us, until we found the right ones. We are very pleased with the job they did!!

This place is a hidden gem! I have had several pieces framed with them and they never disappoint! They have great ideas and do a wonderful job. They quickly follow up and their prices are so reasonable. I highly recommend them for graduation framing and all of your personal framing needs.

I live on the west coast and needed to find something of quality for my Goddaughter's wedding that was taking place in Florida. I wanted it to be unique and special so I decided on a piece of art. Patti and her assistant Theresa were amazing. The level of attention, efficiency, and service that I needed was not the norm. I had to pick a piece of art and frame long distance but they never missed a beat, shopped for me in the store for the exact kind of print I was looking for, and made me feel like I truly was a top priority. I called First Impressions after they were referred to me by a family member. I was looking for a company that could display my father's WWII medals appropriately and professionally. When I picked up the finished display I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful it looked. I was thrilled with the color selection and layout, and the respect that they showed for my father's memory. Outstanding framing and matting ! From initial framing ideas to final product really above expectations. Patti and her coworker Theresa were so friendly and patient with us. When we hung the pictures in our home we immediately thought of 2 more pictures to leave in Patti's professional hands without reservation.

Look no further. This is the best place to go to for frames. Whether a large sale or a small one, you will be treated like a first-class customer. By way of example, last week, I brought in a framed wall hanging that was damaged during a move. I asked if it could be repaired. I was offered the option of a repair for $15 with no guarantee (because of the way the frame was damaged) or purchasing a new frame for $45 or more. I chose to have it repaired and it came out perfect AND I wasn't even charged. Who does that these days? First Impressions does. My first impression of this place and it's ownership is A+++. If they handle the small stuff with great professionalism and care, I'm confident they can be trusted for the big stuff or anything in between. I will look no further when it comes to picture frames. Highly recommend!

I am so pleased with the attention of the staff and the work that they do. Framing has become a relatively expensive endeavor, so I was extremely surprised at how reasonable the cost of framing my three mezzotints was. However, if the work had not been satisfactory, then the moderate price would have been meaningless. I am very glad to say that the work met my expectations, and then some. The framing and matting beautifully matched the piece I brought in as an example of what I wanted. I urge anyone needing framing to fist check with Patti and First Impressions; I doubt you will find a better deal or better craftsmanship.

Having moved to Florida relatively recently, I did not know where to take our highly coveted, framable items to be treated with the respect I expect from a framing company. I took to the Internet to discover First Impressions and its string of 5 star reviews. I turned over a most valuable, original, 2-sided movie poster that came directly to us from the Skywalker Ranch, anxiously awaiting First Impressions to work their framing magic.
They knocked it out of the park! They framed the item in such a way that both sides are open should we want to see the back. They color matched the back of the frame, too, in the event we might turn it around for hanging. Everyone working in this business is an expert in their craft and it shows in the finished product. To top off all of that, when I picked up the final product, I was graciously provided a tour of facility, including where production takes place, and got to know the employees a little bit better on a personal level.
If you have a highly coveted piece that requires framing , whether it be of high monetary value or one of sentimental merit, First Impressions is the trustworthy place to go.

Just moved to the area and needed something framed saw their sign on a ride down Alt 19 & decided to stop in & glad I did! Staff was super friendly & took the time to walk me through my options to display my item for framing beautifully. Would highly recommend them & if I need framing in the future I will definitely stop in again.
