Hands down the best grilled cheese sandwich we’ve ever had!!! My family went to the St. Augustine location this last Saturday and man if I lived in there this would absolutely be a regular stop for us. Atmosphere
is amazing and very low key. Love the art work and vibe. Actually reminded me of a local music venue we had in Tallahassee.
Service
was phenomenal! I’m disabled and was using a walker for the day since it’s a lot of walking in St Augustine and the owner came over and seated us and took our order at the table. Normally you would stand in line, order then take a seat. Incredibly nice, personable and a ball of energy lol. Brought our food to us and chatted with me for a while after we ate…I was trying to convince him to open a location in Tallahassee.

Not much to say but you absolutely must try this place out if you enjoy grilled cheese sandwiches. I literally moaned on the first bite. We had three different sandwiches and all were phenomenal. Menu is great with a ton of variety, Mac & cheese grilled cheese made my daughter’s day. They also have vegan options as well. Btw tomato basil dipping sauce was good and I’m not typically a fan of tomato sauces

Quick bite a couple nights ago with the kiddo at The Grilled Cheese Gallery downtown! They take grilled cheese to another level. We tried one with Mac & cheese, chicken, chipotle sauce and one with Brie, bacon, raspberry & balsamic glaze. They were both delicious and the people there were super friendly! Kids Mac & cheese (not picture) was a really good portion and equally good! The homemade hibiscus lemonade? was good as well!

This place is amazing! Not for those who are lactose intolerant! 😂 The poutine and grilled cheese sandwiches are Divine! If you’re in the St Augustine area, you simply must stop by this place. Good food and a fun atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and would come back again 🙏

Fantastic grilled cheese!! I had the mushroom, onion, Swiss sandwich with balsamic vinegar. My husband had the medley of cheeses. Both were so delicious! We loved the whole vibe of the place, as well. Great, friendly service! We highly recommend!!

My husband and I visited here twice last week and were not disappointed!! It had been awhile since we got the chance to visit, so we were really looking forward to it! We both got the Country Boy (our favorite) and it was better than we remembered! Michelle was a wonderful waitress/cashier and Shah is hands down the BEST grilled cheese chef ever lol. Even when they were slam packed, they were friendly and on top of everything!!!

Also, The second time we were in there some pretty rude customers had left a huge mess on the table and the floor, and Michelle handled it so well and with so much grace. I personally would’ve had a fit, so I commend her for take a breath and dealing with it so professionally!

This is 100% our favorite place to eat in downtown St. Augustine and we will definitely be back!

Food was amazing, service was great. Only thing that would have made it better is if there was AC. Not sure if it was broken but there was fans blowing air.

I would definitely come back for a date night or something.

We ordered the Queen Brie sandwich and the Scarlett Poutine. Both dishes were amazing!

Amazing food, great service, and wonderful decorations and atmosphere. Got the southern belle, was so good! Even their hibiscus tea and lavender lemonade. 10/10 would definitely go again.

So GOOD we had to come for a second time during our 3-day trip. The entire staff was friendly and the atmosphere was lively. The food was amazing and Gluten Free friendly as someone in our group has a gluten allergy. We had their Country Boy and Duchess the first time and the Duke and the Vegan Disco the second time. A staple for every St Augustine trip!

The sign out front said "Voted Number 1 Grilled Cheese in Florida" this is 100% believable. I wasn't sure what to expect (I've never eaten a bad grill cheese) what I didn't expect was how phenomenal this grilled cheese was.
The staff was incredible and kind as well, the restaurant was clean and there is an awesome vibe to the whole place. Even though it was 1 o'clock on a Sunday when we went and a little busy the service was quick! If you're in the area, I recommend stopping by!

A spot you do not want to miss out on as it is packing with flavor and variety for all Mac & Cheese and Grill Cheese lovers! It is a TRUE GEM IN THE HISTORIC AREA OF ST AUGUSTINE! I had the “Country girl” and added pepper jack cheese and let me say “BOY THAT SANDWICH WAS SLAAAAAPING WITH FLAVOR”! Then I even had room for the “Southern Belle” grilled cheese and it did not disappoint! True foodies will appreciate this place and support it! As SHA and his staff are great and he keeps the vibes and music going to keep you chewing and vibing as you enjoy a meal! A MUST GO TO when in town -hands down!

Enjoyed our food! I love that they offer vegan cheese. I got the vegan grilled cheese. It was yummy. They give you both barbecue sauce and a tiny cup of tomato soup for dunking!!

We got in at the end of the lunch rush but we still got quick service. The food was so good, 5 different sandwiches for our table and all of them were delicious. My daughter is vegan, so sometimes we have a hard time finding good vegan and non vegan food together. This was a perfect light lunch in the heat. You get a little cup of soup if you have a big soup fan order a cup. We also got fries, perfect in clean oil and just crispy enough. I would definitely eat here again. Staff was very attentive.

You have to stop for lunch here! The food and service was absolutely out of this world. It was a bit warm dining in the building & the bathrooms were not the cleanest. BUT don’t let any of that turn you away. The food and service out weighs any “troubles”. Seriously, if you don’t go here..you’re missing out.

The Korean cowboy was amazing, savory with a little kick, very unique taste but you will enjoy it and the also have poutine and a variety of other good Options it was full but we didn’t have to wait long for the food and the staff was very kind as well. It’s a must stop if you’re going to st Augustine and if you love grilled cheeses as well!

The third time here, and I'm happy to share, it's still fantastic! Small and simple place, but their food is delicious and presented nicely for a low-key kind of place. The word is out, so pick your time to visit wisely. I tried the Queen Brie this time and loved it!

Absolutely fantastic food. If you're in the area, you are doing yourself a disservice by not stopping here. You will never look at grilled cheese the same way again; this will surpass everything you have had to this point.

Awesome little place we went into when the restaurants near by were at an hour wait! Food was delicious and quick! Music is fun and a great casual spot to hang out in. We got The Mondial, Classic Poutine, and Tomato soup to share. Only regret was not having enough room in our stomachs to eat another sandwich! Staff is also great! Shout out to Mitch, Andy, and Shaun. Thanks for the kindness and great food. Bonus, a great view of the lights!

Place is fantastic! I love me a grilled cheese so I had the New Amsterdam (just cheese and bread because otherwise it's a melt or panini). And I was surprised to see the way it was presented! While gimmicky, still delicious! The tomato soup dipper was perfect and the side of Mac n Cheese was better than any other quick serve Mac I've had! Stop in for lunch, it's awesome.

Nice crispy loaded steak melt, like the bbq sauce and the tomato basil soup dip. The tomato basil soup in bowl is also good.

I was very surprised when I got in here to see such a pretty restaurant and such amazing food and presentation. The front of house was really nice too.
