We had Daniel wait on us. Actually it was my best experience ever . I always dread going through the process of getting a new phone but he was so helpful and made it so easy.Verizon is lucky to have this gentleman working for them. Thank you Daniel, your great .Wish everybody gave customer service like him .

Daniel was FANTASTIC!!! He patiently transferred my phone number from TracFone to Verizon, which took some calls and various steps. He also explained how to start my Verizon online account for me to take advantage of my benefits. He really went above and beyond to make me a happy customer!!!!

Came here to transfer from att prepaid to Verizon for better coverage. Jordan, the only representative at the time, went the extra mile in customer respect and with his experience we were able to resolve an rather unusual problem in regards to my activation. Kudos!

I had a broken screen on my phone, which was preventing me from using most of the apps on the page. Daniel helped me select a new phone, the iPhone 14, which will meet my needs, because the phone had so many cracks in it. It was difficult to open some of the necessary applications in order to transfer the data. He spent a great deal of time, trying to figure out how to make this happen , he did a great job in every aspect of the purchase of my new phone. I highly recommend this store!

Daniel greeted me as I walked in the door. I was his only customer so he was able to help me right away. I was looking for a phone case and a cover for my screen on my brand new Google pixel 7 pro. He recommended the liquid glass and showed me a couple of cases. I chose a case and he applied the liquid glass to my phone perfectly. He was polite, engaged in conversation and did a great job with my phone. I was extremely pleased with the outcome.

I was absolutely DREADING going to get a new phone, but since everyone said I sounded like I was under water when I called them, it seemed necessary. My husband and I went in on a Saturday afternoon and Joshua helped us. I gotta tell you guys, it was a pleasurable experience! He was really knowledgeable, they had the phones in stock, and overall he totally changed my attitude about how miserable an experience this process usually is. Thank you so much for being kind and helping us through the entire process! We will come back to your store from here on out!

Marissa was extremely helpful and very professional, she at one point had six different customers with myself being one of them.All of us were well taken care of. Her product knowledge is quite good too.

We went in to check on getting home WiFi originally, but after 3 hours or so we found out St. Pete isn’t able to get the WiFi (at least not our area). We were educated nicely about the GREAT offers/specials Verizon was offering on trade ins and upgrades so naturally we ended up upgrading 2 cell phones. There was only 1 gal working, Marissa, (busting her a$$) multi-tasking and trying to assist everyone that came into the store. Marissa was spectacular and had great customer service skills - especially when she was treated very rudely and disrespected by another couple who had an issue that was totally out of her hands… she tried her best but no matter what she said or did would or could satisfy the jerk.
So other than not being able to get the WiFi we really wanted, we’re still happy with our new phone purchases!!

I hardly ever review places but 12/10 worth it. Joshua was super awesome the whole time I was there, he's very friendly and helpful and honestly he turned my horrible (and uncomfortable!) phone day into a REALLY great one. He has a great sense of humor and an A+ personality. I'd give all the stars if I could but I suppose I'll settle for the max 5 :) Also, side note: this was the closest store to me at the time but its a little far from my house. Definitely will make the journey here for anything I need though!!!

Dave was super helpful in getting my phone back up and functioning. After not being able to make or receive calls for a day or two, the prompt and efficient service is immensely appreciated. John was quick to set up my phone. It arrived earlier than expected which was great! John was also fun to chat with while waiting for my phone to finish setting up.

Outstanding service! I have now worked with John, Matt and Holly, and each experience I have had has been pleasant and fun. Every time I leave the store I have been given exactly what I was looking for, PLUS a smile! They also explained different plans, pointing out the one that would TRULY save me money, not just a bunch of smoke and mirrors talk. Truly an old school retail experience, where the customer is treated with kindness, efficiency and professionalism. I would strongly suggest this store if given a choice. I travel across the peninsula, I have other Verizon stores that are closer, but I CHOOSE to go to this one. Definitely worth the trip.

I had to get a phone replacement the other day and Dave was so helpful and took care of everything for me!!! He was very nice and friendly. 10/10 experience. Congrats again on the upcoming wedding and all the best to you Dave!!! :)

Excellent service - I had a 'complicated' little problem w a tablet in my sister's name, and a phone in my mother's who passed away but somehow it was being used .. and THESE guys fixed the situation, upgraded the non-functioning tablet, and left my account better off for the whole ordeal. They *know what they're doing* at this place - esp. Jordan who's polite but won't waste yr time, and his manager Madison .. Quality crew! Don't hesitate to walk in, excellent service that's not 'fake' .. they're great!

Honestly, the only reason I rate this place so high is because of Joshua. I was sad after John left because he was like the best manager ever. But Joshua makes up for it. He is funny, down to earth, and helpful. Whenever I go in I always hope he is working! He will help you with whatever you need 😊
