Absolutely horrible company with predatory pharmacy practices on the elderly. My mother received medication and a bill from these people that was never ordered. I spoke to corporate and they said they had written authorization to process the order. When I asked Gulf Coast to produce the authorization, they could not find it. I was told it would be taken care of and here it is 6 months later and the bill keeps coming in. What kind of company mission statement do you work off of? Send random elderly people meds that they didn't order and try scamming them into paying for it? Beware of this company!!!! This is a perfect example of why people question pharmacy companies....and my they SHOULD question them!
