This pharmacy is made excellent by the pharmacists and staff. They go above and beyond in their customer service. I get the general impression that pharmacists and techs have a pretty rough job these days, but this group works hard and provides to the best of their ability. I really appreciate them for it.

Waiting time on most occassions is taxing. But once you get up to the counter the people who assist you are very professional and helpful and courteous...I think some of the customers take advantage of that!

I gave them 2 stars because they did answer the phone. We were contemplating changing our prescriptions here & i needed to speak to the pharmacist...was on hold for 8 min before I hung up.

Worst pharmacy employees I've ever dealt with. Called to see if they had my medication, and was told they could fill it. Then once I got my doctor to send them my prescription, I was told they reached their limit of people at that location that they could provide that for and the person who approves more people doesn't come back for 3 weeks. No one was waiting for the needed the prescription- it's just that someone might need it who already had it filled before. Why would you tell me you could fill it, if you couldn't?! The customer service with the pharmacy is greatly lacking.

I've been here 3 times in 2 days and keep getting promised they'll refill my prescription that was transferred from another Publix. I've waited in 3 separate lines (and the staff KNOWS I've been through this ridiculously unkempt line numerous times). Still, excuse after excuse. Nobody works here. They're too busy filling prescriptions for people who ARENT EVEN HERE! Avoid this Publix. And if you're a manager or corporate employee reading this, you need to review this poorly run staff!!!!!

I get my prescription filled every 90 days and three times in a row, for 9 months, they have either "lost" it, didn't have it ready 48 hours past promised time, or I've been told when going to pick up that they would have to "fly in" my medication. Its a very common medication any pharmacy normally carries. They didn't call to inform me of any of this, simply waited until i showed up to pick up to let me know they didn't have it. When I complained about the service to the employee working that time, he miraculously foundy medication in stock and promised it ready in 5 minutes. It was already the day after I was promised it would be ready, as i knew at this point they probably wouldn't be on time amd gave them an extra day.
My insurance changed one time, and when i gave the employee my new insurance card, she seemed to struggle with entering the info, and the employee next to her told her to just tell me that they don't take my insurance.
The last time I was in, i asked to speak with a store manager and one employee said there was no manager on duty. When i asked another employee, they came back several minutes later and said they couldn't locate a manager.
Done with the games being played there and will take my rx to a competent pharmacy that doesn't dodge their customers left and right.

I understand that this is a very busy location however I have had multiple refills for medications delayed because they do not check their electronic refills and electronic script platform, even if you are on the phone with the pharmacist or in person telling them your physician sent it in. They just tell you “have your physician send it again” when I have the electronic records from my physician with dates and times over ever script they have sent there, they are just “too busy” to check properly. As someone in the healthcare field I can tell you it is completely unacceptable to take over a week for a prescription refill and that is about how long they take so unless patients plan far in advance they are regularly going with needed medications. When the prescriptions are actually filled (which is always at least a week after they get the script) you have to wait for over an hour for service most days. They hardly ever answer the phone, it takes three back to back calls to speak to someone in customer service at the publix who tells you that the pharmacy is not picking up so try again later. I even called to tell them to cancel my existing prescription because I am taking my business elsewhere and they didn’t even do that correctly so I was unable to get my prescription filled elsewhere. I have used Publix pharmacies for years and I have never had any issues until transferring my prescriptions to this location and every month I am running into issues with refills. If you want a Publix pharmacy still it is worth the additional hassle to use the Flagler Hospital location. Unfortunately, Publix pharmacies have lost a long time customer with me because of this disorganized location.

I want to give them 0 stars! Horrible experience at this store's pharmacy. They saw me with a sick child, kept us waiting 40 minutes for the prescription, when they said it would take no more than 15 minutes. They didn't take my insurance, but I went ahead and paid full price for the med. Not only that, but their attitude! !! So arrogant! !! Shopping at Publix has lost its pleasure.
