Koastal Paddleboard Yoga

I have done both the SUP yoga and the Ecotour with Koastal and could not have had more fun! Yoga on the water is truly an experience. And the Ecotour is beautiful! We saw sea turtles and birds and Kelly was so knowledgeable about the local wildlife and ecosystem. Highly recommended!

Kelly was so awesome!! It was my first time on the water on a paddle board, and she made me feel so confident and comfortable. Kelly was so patient with me and made learning to paddle board a fun adventure! It was a foggy day on the water but Kelly was a ray of sunshine. I called my husband after the lesson to ask if I could get a paddle board. If you ever been wanting to try it out definitely consider Koastalsupyoga it was very beginner friendly, Kelly motivates you as you go and her patience never ran thin with telling me to flip my paddle, or that I needed to work on my strokes. I had no idea the spark trying this out started. I can’t wait to do it again!

I had never been on a paddle board and was anxious about trying! Kelly quickly eased my nerves and explained everything to me on land before we got on the water. Once we were in the water she taught me the different stroke techniques and how to maneuver safely. Kelly was patient with me and made it fun. During my lesson we encountered a sea turtle, some dolphins, and other wildlife! By the end of our I felt much confident. This was one of the best mornings ever! I can’t wait to go again!!
If you’ve ever wanted to try paddle boarding I highly recommend starting with Kelly!

We had the best morning with Kelly. Awesome guide for our eco tour! She is great for beginners and those experienced with SUP. Really loved paddling with the dolphins, will definitely be joining her again soon!

HIGHLY reccommend! One of the most awesome things I did on vacation. Instructor was very helpful and professional, she customized our yoga session to each person. Dolphins were swimming by and you could hear the ocean across the bay. Instructor took awesome pictures, free of charge. Very reasonably priced for all the work that Koastal Yoga puts in. She even made excellent brunch reccomendations. Thank you to Koastal Yoga!

Koastal Paddleboard Yoga teaches you how to be comfortable on the board and starts educating you before you leave the dock. Great time to be had by all. Beginner friendly! Might see a dolphin or two. Best view of St Augustine lighthouse.

Very challenging but fun. Instructor was great and very helpful. Be prepared to do yoga with focus and balance.

Amazing workout that didn't FEEL like a workout! Owner & Instructor, Kelly is a ball of energy and so sweet! I highly recommend!
